Dec 09,2024The order processing was very easy and the product is first-class. I would have given this experience five stars, except the delivery driver would not back his lorry up the drive. Instead, I had to wheelbarrow the wood from the road. This is the first time this has ever happened.

Dec 09,2024Have used WHE a few times and the product is excellent. Clean wood thats well packaged and easy to deal with. The only reason Ive given a three star rating is down to the courier who delivered the pallet. Arrived about 730 at night then said he couldn’t unload where all my other deliveries had been placed as he wasnt able to drive on a gravel driveway in case he got stuck. Eventually he agreed to do this and all was unloading was uneventful.

Dec 09,2024The online ordering process was easy. The price was competitive ( possibly cheaper than last years?). Delivery was excellent: smaller lorry, as requested, for a small village; phone call from the driver before delivery and very helpful on delivery. Overall a very well deserved 5 stars.

Dec 08,2024Delivery scheduled for Friday, the 6th of December via zebra pallets. No delivery received. The tracking information said it had been delivered at 17.28. No customer service number outside Monday to Friday. Delivery re-scheduled on Monday 9th Dec with immediate action by Customer Services. Pallet delivered into space available with no problems. Very efficient. Thanks
