Nov 11,2024This is the second year I've ordered Oak logs from White Horse. The wood is great quality, the order process is simple to use and delivery is quick. I don't have any complaints but a few suggestions. The delivery company arrived a day early which was ok as i was in but there was no notification so a little lucky really a simple text would be good. The crate was broken and strapped together not a big issue but it made it difficult for the driver to get it to the drive. All that said It's a great product at a great price i do recommend them crack on and order your winter fuel.

Nov 11,2024Nothing to be unhappy about. OK price, convenient packaging, swift delivery. The sacks are just about light enough to be easy to carry on your shoulder (46Lbs). Easy to re-stack in my wood store.

Nov 11,2024Poor delivery service pallet damaged bags left scattered on pavement and left without signature. WHE offered a 30% discount credited to my account to compensate but this was only after numerous calls and emails to complain. 3PL service is shocking and WHE need adress urgently to regain customer confidence

Nov 11,2024Great pellets, well wrapped on the pallet. Only issue was with the carrier who put the delivery back a day and then was found offloading our pallet at a neighbours house (no one at home there!) Eventually got the delivery to our house!

Nov 11,2024Mix up over delivery post code and billing postcode and initially asked for a £25 delivery charge which I refused. Courier then didn't deliver on agreed day and didn't ring prior to delivery. Then nearly dropped pallet off tailgate whilst unloading so half the pallet had to be hand moved onto a second pallet!

Nov 11,2024Excellent product and service - Following some recent delivery issues we were worried about another order, but our issues had been addressed and we had a brilliant service this time around which is great as the product is by far the best we have found having tried several other pellet companies. Customer service is brilliant too!

Nov 11,2024Delivered in good time. Not too many ripped bags. The lorry driver delivered the pallet close to the door, where I needed to take them in. Previous drivers have dropped them off in the way of my customers driving in my car park!

Nov 11,2024Generally product and delivery very good my last order delivered in paper bags was fine I would like to know what the hardwood contents were as the wood spat out a lot when burning more like a soft wood which was disappointing

Nov 10,2024After a mixup on their part regarding delivery, all was finally well and the logs arrived in good order. They are excellent. Good size. Nice and dry. The driver couldn't do enough to make delivery easy. He arrived when he should have done and went a long way to make it easy for us to move the logs to store. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the initial mixup which did waste some of our time. I'll be back for more.
