I just love Whittard coffee but I ran out and placed an order. Unfortunately the order of a particular blend wasn't able to be processed due to being out of stock (obviously everyone else loves it too). Feeling needy, I reached out to Whittard and was lucky to get to speak to Grant in Customer Service and he made everything much better. No, he wasn't able to magic the coffee back in stock, but he was able to get my second favourite blend sent out on next day delivery. He certainly did turn my frown upside down - thanks Grant
DPD delivered my parcel to the wrong address entirely. Whittard customer service 'Sophie' was super quick to help me and reissued my order quickly. I'm really pleased they were able to help me so quickly in a) looking for it and b)solving the issue.
Really great customer service. I contacted Whittards via the chat on their website and Monica responded very quickly and helped me source a new part for my teapot. She was very helpful and kind, and it was much appreciated.

The customer service was by old fashioned email rather than a chat bot and I got the distinct impression I was talking to a real person, who understood my problem, and fixed it very quickly! I must stress the issue was with Yodel, not whittards itself, who have been great!
Best customer service that I have ever encountered. They offered to replace a stolen package even though it was not their fault nor the courier's fault (as the security in my apartment building appears to be rather poor). This truly made my day. It is great to know that not only do Whittards have the best products, they also have the best service. I will never buy my tea from anywhere else!

Had money no goods fobbed off , yodel dumped it at another address not mine . Been told to check with neighbors as it says delivered , the whole road has the same post code and they believe yodel over their customer. Lost money as they not interested in helping . Been told by a lady I get a refund if I take my review down or change it . Let’s see if I get a full refund including delivery first . Had a response from a person blaming me saying I never said I lived in a flat . I DONT LIVE IN A FLAT ITS A HOUSE . The address comes up with flat as years and years ago this number was used as as flat but I live in a new build . How can I be to blame
I bought a glass teapot a few months ago and the handle started to detach from the pot just recently. I contacted customer services and heard very quickly from Sarann. She apologised and arranged for me to get a replacement teapot. I couldn't fault the service and I'm delighted because the teapot is the best I've had.
Unfortunately my order arrived with missing items and a broken saucer so I contacted customer service (Monica H) via the online chat function. I have to say there was little wait and Monica immediately ordered replacements. I hugely appreciate the great customer service.
I made a mistake of omitting part of the delivery address and I contacted Whittard through 'chat' and a great expert advisor called Monica Harding took on my case and reassured that i will get the items that I ordered without a problem. She was very quick and efficient in dealing with the matter. Thank you!
Ordered 2 separate items to be delivered as a birthday present for a friend. Items on website stated both in stock so very disappointed when 2 days after receiving confirmation I received another email to advise that part of the order had been cancelled. Upon checking the website it was still showing as available so I phoned to find out why. Was advised that there was a discrepancy in the warehouse and unfortunately the item wouldn't be available until next month but as I'd been refunded I would be able to re order it then. So that means that I would have to pay for delivery again. I asked again why item was still showing as available on website and was advised that she would mention it again to get website updated. I asked if there was anything Whittards could do for me as this was a birthday gift for my friend but was advised that they couldn't do anything. To be completely honest I just disconnected the call at this point...talk about customer service or complete lack it. Absolutely ABYSMAL customer service.
Fast, efficient and friendly service Above and beyond
I ordered a Chelsea Glass teapot and the glass teapot warmer, unfortunately the glass teapot warmer was shattered on one side on arrival. I contacted Whittard and they were excellent, Sophie was so helpful, clear and reassuring- I was given a really professional service. I have to say it is when things go wrong (which happens) I am always impressed by a company who offers an easy and friendly service to fix the situation. Brilliant, thanks Sophie, also the teapot and warmer look beautiful- I am just about to have a cuppa!!
An order from Whittards failed to turn up when expected, so we made contact by e-mail and Grant very promptly investigated. This established that the courier had left the package at some other address (unknown). Grant offered us the option of having a replacement order sent by another courier. This was done and it duly arrived within days. Excellent service! However, the first order also finally arrived, presumably having been recovered somehow by the original courier. When we therefore offered to keep and pay for the replacement, Grant said that as the fault had been at their end we should not pay again but keep both as goodwill. A very generous response, adding to a most satisfactory outcome - with tea to keep us going for long while!
