The customer service is excellent. it took less than 24 hours for "Sophie" in the customer care team to respond to my e mail advising a faulty item and a replacement was issued immediately.

Great Customer Service! I have been a long time customer of Whittard's and recently placed an order which didn't arrive. However, after contacting customer services through the online form submission, Sarann got back to me super quickly and sorted my issue out in a matter of moments. My order then arrived the next day thanks to Sarann's brilliant help!

Had to do the normally dreaded contact to a company when my product arrived smashed (I know this wasn’t their fault but the couriers) not expecting much as I know how this usually goes. Great products but let down by the delivery of a certain courier company. However, I emailed Whittards late evening and had a reply in just over 12 hours. Polite, understanding and sympathetic, excellent customer service that made shopping online with this company better.
WOW! what can I say, Fantastic customer service. I placed an order which arrived damaged (these things happen) I spoke to a chap called Grant and he dealt with my situation very well. He sent a replacement which arrived next day and let me keep some of the items that were still okay to use, I am honestly made up by his service, we also had a good laugh on the phone which I like, I'm fed up of talking to Robots but talking to Grant was a breath of fresh air. Don't let this man go
Whittard is my favorite tea, and I get it shipped regularly to NYC. When I mis-judged the size of a tea caddy that I added to my regular order, the amazing Sophie was both responsive and kind in her resolution of my mis-order. Excellent selections of teas. Whatever you are looking for: fine aged oolong, matcha, darjeeling. I was particularly impressed with their selection of vintaged pu-erh tea. Prices are a little high, but it you like tea and are in London this place is certainly worth a visit

I had a delivery today unfortunately it was damaged. I contacted whittards and it was dealt with really quickly and replacement of damaged goods were arranged. Great work by Sophie the customer service advisor.
Our order from Whittard was delivered by the carrier to the wrong address and all attempts to get through to the carrier that afternoon to find out where our delivery had been left got us nowhere. However, then phoning Whittard got us straight through to someone able to take immediate action and enable the problem to be sorted most satisfactorily and generously over the next day or so. Thank you, Whittard.
