I ordered the wrong item and Whittards were absolutely fantastic regarding me returning the item postage paid, refunding me and sending the correct item. Sophie in particular was brilliant and responded quickly and efficiently and resolved my issues without any hassle. When there was a further problem caused by Royal mail, Sophie stepped up again and sorted the issue out immediately. Fantastic experience. Thank you.

I’m a tea drinker. Probably excessively so. Ten cups a day, is that too much? And I half my buying between coffeesuppliesdirect.co.uk. Where I source my Taylor’s of Harrogate English breakfast tea. And here at Whittards for my ginger tea. I make an infusion of them both together, it’s absolutely heavenly. Always packaged well, and arrives super fast. A British institution. Love them.

Monica was brilliant from customer service. I emailed in about some short-dated hot chocolate satchets from the calendar as I was dissapointed. Monica got back promptly and rectified it ASAP by sending out more replacement ones. I even recieved it next day! Impeccable service and would keep buying from WoC. Thanks a lot!

This is blow minding…what a positive unique experience I had this week about an issue that was sorted out in 2 days. I have been using Whittard products for years and I am so happy and grateful for the opportunity to share my thoughts. I ordered few products and 2 arrived damaged. I contacted customer service support and Monica was absolutely brilliant. Not that they just sent me a replacement but treated me with an extra gift as an apology. This is rare today and I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude. I have been using and offering gifts from all ranges of their products and feedback always was positive. Cannot thank you enough Monica for your genuine care for customers. I will definitely share my experience amongst my friends and community…everyone must know and experience Whittard quality.

Dear WoCh and All, I would like to share with you the following experience. I did an online order with a click and collect option prior to Christmas holidays (yes, I was aware about the shipping dates etc.). at the store in Czechia Brno`s city. As I was not sure whether my order can be processed immediately, I called the number as mentioned and after an agreement with a lady shop assistant at Czechia Brno`s store I was assured my order will be ready for pick up the 27th Dec-2022. Since I have been living outside the city, it was very convenient option for me to get my goods. Later, on the 27th Dec 2022 when I went to the store in Brno to collect my order, the store was closed - I would like to point out that the store had no mention at all they should be closed on the 27th - as well as there was no Bank holiday in Czechia. However, I have later ordered the goods online again and I finally got it delivered. What really made me even more upset was the attitude of the customer service in Brno - in fact I was told the assistant refused my statement and do not remember anything as we agreed. I would not recommend the store in Brno at all after such a bad and unprofessional experience.
Rubbish, absolutely rubbish. Over priced tat that should only be used to line smelly bins. All the coffee that's flavoured is absolutely rubbish and tastes like it too. The smell is amazing but!! obviously just the unnatural flavourings added. Would never EVER recommend it to anyone
