We have enjoyed Whittards amaretto and hazelnut flavoured coffees for years, so I placed an order for 5 packs. Yodel advised me that they had been delivered when in fact they hadn't. Being the weekend, I waited until Monday to contact Whittards who answered immediately. Hisham, the Customer Service Agent quickly agreed that the delivery coordinates given by Yodel were nowhere near my house, and the delivery photo was obscure. He then quickly organised a replacement delivery through DPD, which arrived the folowing day. Amazing customer service! Thank you Hisham.
Called to this shop specially today but the store closed at 5.30 when the hours of business were extended om the internet Tried explaining to the girls in the shop we had travelled down from Abergavenny to buy for Christmas drinking chocolate but they weren’t interested The owners need to know that their staff won’t go out of their way …..its a shame really, has there is lots of people looking for work at the moment
Following a bad delivery experience (not due to Whittard) I contacted Whittard as the goods were destroyed. Sarann was amazing! They emailed me promptly and was professional and helpful in all communications. They went over and above to sort the issue and left me feeling satisfied with the outcome. Thank you again Sarann.
Their communication is so slow, 4 days to allow them to come back, placed an order over a week ago, order supposed to come Monday didn’t arrive and no notification of when it will arrive. Don’t buy from these never have I experienced such slow customer service
Sarann went above and beyond to resolve my issue, they have arranged a replacement, to my delight, much quicker than I expected. I purchased an online order and the courier company delivered my goods to a house on another street. Also, one of the box is ceased. I reported the case to the customer service and thanks to the help of Sarann, a new box of tea will be delivered to me with another courier company. Sarann is really helpful in resolving the problem.
My Service Advisor Sophie was fantastic. The courier had 'delivered' my product inside a bin. Sophie was very kind and arranged for a speedy replacement: no questions, no fuss. Brilliant customer service.

Sarann was so efficient and helpful! We placed a Black Friday sale order and when attempting to use the free bonus item code, found it was not working. After an email, Sarann was on the case, sending out a gift and apologising for the problem. Always have wonderfully great service to go along with spectacular coffee.
Just placed an order, and after the confirmation saw a flaw in the delivery address, that reminded me again to not always trust your computer to automatically fill in the address form.. :) Send an e-mail, which I thought would be answered on Monday (I ordered on a Saturday) but got a response in 5 minutes! 5 MINUTES! Sophie quickly put everything in order and I must say, it was the best experience I've had with customer care in ages! If the order I placed is as tasteful as their customer care is effective, I'll have some great enjoyments to look forward to this festive season!

I ended up purchasing a hot chocolate in store which was half empty! However Saran assisted very swiftly and sent me out a replacement :) lovely customer service! Thank you
Disappointing service. Tried a purchase a popular item as part of a Christmas present but was told it was out of stock - as soon as it comes in to store it sells out straightaway. (Interestingly was also told that London stocks are always replenished but not so up north…) No problem - placed an order online (while online I did a store stock search and strangely enough it was available to collect in every store in London - but the nearest store to North Yorkshire with stock was Nottingham). Order was accepted and received an email to say would be ready to collect in 3 days. 4 hours later I get an email saying they cancelled my order because they only hold items for 3 days and I hadn’t collected!! Placed another order and paid on a collect at store basis. 2 days later I get 2 emails within 2 hours saying nudge nudge come and collect your order or it will be returned and order will be cancelled. Drove to the store specifically to collect this item (round trip of 20 miles) only to be told that they have not received my order to collect. Wasted journey - time and expense. I then get an email saying they are out of stock and will refund me in 5 - 7 days. Item is still in stock in many southern stores - surely they can send one of these to me!! Disgraceful customer service - they have not replied to my emails, do not answer their phones and do not give a voicemail option - phone is stuck on a loop saying leave name and number after beep - but there is no beep - message just goes round in circles.
I have ordered some items for Christmas, the free gift was perfect for me and it was nice to have multiple options as to the free gift you receive. The prices are great, especially with the Christmas offers, the box sets are great value for money. Customer support was very speedy and helpful. Cannot fault them.
I received the most excellent customer service from Sarann at Whittard when I had to contact them after accidentally ordering beans instead of ground coffee. Sarann dealt with the problem efficiently and pleasantly whilst also helping me feel a bit better about making a stupid mistake!
Bought the luxury hot chocolate bundle for £26.17 (£30.12 with delivery) this comes with 1x Classic Hot Chocolate tub, 1x Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate tub, 2x SoHo Glasses and a tiny tote bag. Both Hot chocolate tubs arrived damaged and spilled in the packaging. When I contacted customer support regarding this they dealt with the issue promptly however when they refunded me for both tubs of Hot chocolate they only refunded £14 for both which didn't seem right to me and when I contacted they corrected and gave a further refund of £2.42. However I'm still confused as to why I have to pay a delivery fee for items that arrived damaged? I'm not sure if it's just me, but I don't think I should be paying for a service that didn't do its job right when delivering the parcel and I believe I should be refunded the delivery amount also.
Order from them all the time. This past order was lost when it arrived in the States. I contacted them and Sarnn was on it and placed a new order for shipment. I love their products and look forward to ordering again soon.

Dec 23,2024Well, first I wasn’t very happy with their packaging since they didn’t packed well and most of my orders were damaged and spilled. Then I contacted the customer service and the representative named “Sarann” responded and offered me the replacement of my order, in a timely manner. I’m very satisfied with their customer service. Hopefully they will improve their packaging during international shipping.
