Nov 25,2022Have been a hearing aid wearer for some time so therefore fairly clued up on their usage. However I did have a couple of minor queries which were quickly resolved. Moved from in the canal to over the ear and am having fewer feedback problems. Overall delighted with my new Phonak aids, streamer, and service provided by Wholesale Hearing.

Nov 17,2022This is a good service. The hearing aids arrived on time and as requested. I have the latest Phonak aids and they are good - very easy to adjust via the Bluetooth program, although the instruction booklet was not all that easy to follow regarding programming for different environments. I have not tried the on line discussions with hearing specialists yet as the need has not arisen.
