review modified 27/02/23 Purchase good with helpful staff 21/11/22. 2nd purchase 14-20/12/22 had more problems but they were corrected. Real problem was with the promised on line update to hearing aids. Original requests for help approx 20/12/22 no responce Phone call 17/01/23 still hasn't brought any responce. Totally disappointed. Gives me the impression of of a fly by night organisation just grabbing money. I hope that they will provide the promised after service but I'm not holding my breath. Modified review. It goes to show that Trustpilot reviews can work wonders. After the initial review I was contacted and a tele consult arranged very rapidly. An explanation of the problems I had experienced was given and remedial actions taken. I was asked if I could edit my review which I think I have just done. I'm sorry I've been so long in editing it and changing the original 1 star to 4 stars.

The company sent me different batteries to those ordered. On querying this I received a satisfactory E mail answer so I kept them. Would have been better if they had informed me why the change was made in the received order.

Despite disruptions from Royal Mail, Wholelesale Hearing continued to keep me updated, even offering to send another batch of batteries or a full refund in order to purchase elsewhere when Royal Mail were on strike. Great service
Only concern was the online ordering and card payments but it was easy to do and received in no time.

I came across wholesale hearing by accident, after already paying a deposit of £250 for some hearing aids from specsavers. I spoke to Ross who was amazing and so very helpful, it wasn’t long before I was able to see the hearing aids I had provisionally purchased from Specsavers were not going to offer what I needed and I couldn’t believe that I could purchase one of the latest cros hearing systems from wholesale hearing and they still came in at a lower price than specsavers. When I asked specsavers for a copy of my audio gram report they forced me to pay £10 before they would release it which I was disgusted at. After confirming all the details of the hearing aids with Ross I decided to purchase them from wholesale hearing and cancelled my order with Specsavers. The service I received from Ross was amazing and I am loving my new hearing aids. Thank you Ross for all your help.
The advanced hearing aid has helped me a lot. I am pleased with the communications and personal attention during the purchase process. Two aspects might perhaps be looked at. First, I was apprehensive about paying the full amount at such an early stage, when I had very little information about the company. Secondly, I would have liked fuller descriptions and more detail about the product and accessories. For example, it was unclear whether the price included the charger, and what devices would be needed for ongoing maintenance (such as spare earpieces, cleaning).
