Sep 30,2022I bought them but unfortunately their audiologist couldn’t fix the whistling I had in one ear, on line. I applied for a return and this was handled immediately. They sent a courier to pick them up the next day and I received my full credit a few days later. Service was very professional and I was just unlucky.

Sep 01,2022Wholesale Hearing is simply the best place to get your hearing aids! The lowest pricing you'll find anywhere, and fantastic support. I purchased a pair back in 2017 and another in July this year. I can't recommend them highly enough :)

Aug 23,2022Having had a very poor service (and expensive) from one of the two major high street shops I was looking online and came across Wholesale Hearing. I was initially sceptical but bit the bullet and ordered from them. The service was excelent, the aids arriving 10 days from providing them with my details. The only problem I had was they provided aids in the wrong colour. I contacted them saying I was happy to keep the aids provided.

The transaction was really easy from start to finish and Ross was professional and a great help with my purchase. I not only saved £1400 on the Boot’s price but found them easier and a better company after a poor experience with Boots Hearing. Was sceptical at first having never used an online company for hearing aids but they arrived quickly and ready to wear. The Phonak hearing aids have changed my life in noisy environments as I can now join in conversations with friends at the pub or in a restaurant with ease. Thank you for all your help, I will certainly recommend you.

Aug 11,2022The process of ordering was quite easy, the wholesale representative was very helpful and quick in responding however, when I received the hearing aid few of the accessories were either missing or a wrong ones had been shipped. When contacted other them, Their representative quickly dispatched two of the missing items and refunded for one item.
