Jun 30,2022I purchased a pair of Phonak Paradise Audeo 90 hearing aids on line from Wholesale Hearing. From the outset they guided me through the uploading of my audiogram to programming them and buying the hearing aids and time to delivery. All I can say I wish I had done it sooner, its like having my old hearing back. You can stream music and tv straight into the aids and telephone calls now I can actually hold a conversation which before was a struggle. I know these hearing aids are not cheap but to me it has improved my hearing greatly.

Jun 15,2022I ordered a new haering tube and receieved a confirmation of dispatch and Royal Mail tracking detail. Kept checking for a few days but Royal Mail number, which was valid, just said try again tomorrow. Contacted them and they apologised but could not explain fault, BUT immediately refunded my money and also shipped a new part, as they stated that this was not upto their usual standards. Received part and refund and really appreciate it when a company does something like this.

Jun 02,2022I've had hearing aids for about 7 years, time to upgrade. I was concerned about ordering over the internet but the price was great and the Trustpilot reviews were excellent. The hearing aids arrived quickly, exactly what I ordered. Their remote audiologist system works great and we were able to do all the fine tuning I would expect while in an actual office using the easy remote connection app from Phonak. Overall I am very happy with the hearing aids and the service they provided to get them set up perfectly!

Jun 01,2022For a person being over 80 and needing hearing assistance I'm so pleased that I decided to fully research the market as it is very expensive. Finding Wholesale Hearing was the best way for me as the website explained everything about all the available equipment, plus when I rang the company with the odd question the service was first class. Best of all being a pensioner the prices were very competative. So I'm now the happy owner of aids which have improved my hearing tremendously plus answer phone calls, listen to the radio and music etc. Fantastic!

Jul 05,2022I am delighted with my purchase of the Signia Active Pro hearing aids. Throughout the order and delivery process I was kept up to date with regular emails regarding order status, shipping and secure delivery by DHL. The hearing aids were supplied, configured by a qualfied audiologist and included a full configuration report and optional rubber domes accessories. I was initially reticent to use the remote supply / service approach but having thoroughly researched the hearing aid market to determine appropriate makes, styles and technology for my hearing loss I was convinced this would work for me. The high Trust Pilot scores from previous buyers also supported the decision. Wholesale Hearing do perform a number of checks about the suitability of your order based on your submitted audiogram and health questionnaire and use recognised audiologists to supply and configure the hearing aids. A follow up remote configuration appointment is also included as part of the package but so far I have not required this. I would definately use this approach again for my next hearing aids. I am very pleased with the service from Wholesale Hearing, their audiologist and new hearing aids.
