Apr 10,2022What a great business to deal with , Ross is absolutely on it when it comes to customer service, the 5 day delivery was right on time as promised too, all done over 2 calls, and one email for the hearing test so he could set up my hearing aids as prescribed, I opted for the Sigma Pro Plus which are amazing ( made by Siemens) they look like ear pods but are obviously much more sophisticated, there are so many hearing options and they are rechargeable & with portable charger too without the need for 240v , I could not be with out them now,. Life changing !!! One last thing to add, the pricing was very competitive indeed !! Mark
