Dec 16,2021Because I wanted to self-isolate at home, I organised a home visit by an audiologist from a high street retailer for a home hearing test. After getting the resulting audiogram, and doing a lot of on-line research into hearing aids over many days, comparing many suppliers, models, features, prices, etc, I decided the high street retailer’s pricing information on it’s website was so unclear and contradictory that I could no longer trust it. So I started researching afresh into independent on-line suppliers, which is when I came across the Wholesale Hearing website with it’s excellent information on pricing and third party reviews, all of which convinced me to go for their top of the range “Signia Active Pro” model hearing aids. From then on ordering, and paying via their website was easy and problem free, Better & better - I even managed to qualify for the 15% introductory price discount. Delivery was super-fast via DHL, two days quicker than the seven days quoted by Wholesale Hearing, so since then I’ve been enjoying clear hearing again. Finally … just one complaint, (hence only four stars out of five), I was looking forward to fine tuning volume & directional controls and wireless connectivity to smartphone and TV etc via the Signia app from my smartphone (which is a Motorola android device) but no luck so far.

Nov 21,2021Since some difficulties arose with the aid Ross has been very helpful in trying to resolve the problem. Unfortunately with all best efforts we were unable to resolve the issue. At no time did I feel any pressure to keep the aids and as the problem was of a physical nature the aid was not the issue. I would happily recommend your company to others as it is very refreshing to have such a helpful organisation who goes that step further to help.

I purchased a phonak paradise p90 hearing aid singular from these guys provided them with my recent audiogram and within a couple of days I had recieved my programed hearing aid ready to use straight out of the box. From that very first day I have not had an issue at all its perfect thanks to the expertise of these guys I am once again living a hearing life. MAGIC.

Nov 08,2021Programmed hearing aids arrived within expected timescale so that is good. programmes set up in line with my audiogram. superb technology. excellent price. failed to answer my follow up email and no contact since supply. well, I suppose they are wholesale suppliers so that's what you get. would I use again - yes , but only if you know what you are doing. this is a supply arrangement and not hand holding. may try a follow up contact to check all is as they should be but it feels like it to me - a definite improvement on my previous aids, both in performance and technology. FOLLOW UP - I have now heard from Wholesale Hearing with an apology for not following up my email - readily accepted and thank you. This changes things, and I am now happy to endorse without reservation. This is a cost effective alternative to visiting local suppliers.
