This is the first accessory I’ve needed to get for his hearing aids and I would definitely recommend to others.

I had some reservations about buying on line, but the reviews for Wholesale hearing gave me the confidence to take the plunge. I'm glad I did! I saved £700 over my quote from the high street and the experience was perfect. I highly recommend them.

Sophie was very helpful in assisting me in deciding which Aids were suitable for me & the speed in ordering, setting up & delivery was very impressive. The price was significantly less than if I’d purchased from the High Street too, so all good. I would definitely recommend.

Jul 12,2024Well, what can I say about wholesale hearing, My whole dealing with the company was nothing short of amazing, At first I was skeptical at spending so much money with a shop I had never been to, I needn't have been. Sophie in particular needs a special mention, needed an urgent delivery of a new pair of Phonak L90 Slim to be programmed and delivered 4 days. This would have been achieved 1 day earlier but once again ROYAL MAIL were being awkward, anyway delivery was bang on the dot. My hearing aids are perfect, and I will certainly use WH again (especially with a saving of nearly £1500 against Boots) Team - Thank you, you have been amazing.

Jun 29,2024I was very sceptical to be honest because their prices were so good. Especially when I was quoted £1300 more by a major high st store. I know the high st store see you face to face but most modern hearing aids can be adjusted on line. Wholesale hearing insisted on a current hearing test and follow due diligence in getting a completed health form before they confirm an order. My hearing aids were delivered extremely quickly, fully programmed. I had Martin one of the audiologists adjust the tinnitus setting on my aids remotely, it took him 5 minutes. I need to thank, Sophie, Ross and Martin for their very professional service, for dealing with a sometimes difficult customer. I cannot recommend this company enough, such a professional organisation. If you need hearing aids give them a try, I am confident you won’t be disappointed.
