Ross was always polite and welcoming in answering all of my questions. I bought a pair of Phonak Lumity Naida L90 -UP hearing aids here, and am very pleased with them. Initially, my audiogram had an error so the sound was not balanced. After I sent back the correct audiogram, Martin enthusiastically reprogrammed the device for me remotely through the myPhonak software on the phone. mine, which in the past I used to have to go to the local audiology store to do. In short, I'm really happy to have found the cheapest and very reliable place to buy hearing aids. I will recommend it to anyone in need, and in the future when I want to upgrade to a new hearing aid, I will definitely buy here again. Thank you wholesalehearing! Thanks Ross and Martin!
