Nov 29,2024Cette entreprise sont des arnaqueurs. Commande passée le 12/11/24 payée en totalité. Relance le 27/11/24 pour avoir une date de livraison. Réponse: Nous avons le regret de vous informer que FEDEX a augmenté les prix des envois de colis de plus de 1,20 mètre. Nous devons vous demander 35 euros de plus pour pouvoir expédier. L'alternative est un remboursement intégral. Faites-le nous savoir Cordialement Ornella Quand tu passes une commande et que tu payes tu honores ta livraison. Maintenant je vais dire à mon client il me faut 35 euros de plus sur le devis que je vous ai effectué. Pas possible pour moi. Virez moi ce site à la c.n

Oct 25,2024Per una attimo ho pensato di essere stao fregato guardano le recensioni! Il prodotto mi è invece arrivato nei tempi previsti e in perfette condizioni. Ho chiesto un contatto via mail e loro mi hanno richiamato spiegandomi tutto. Acquisterò di nuovo sicuramente grazie.

Oct 10,2024Terrible service and liars. They sent me the wrong product and now it's my problem because they told me not to send it back and then asked why I did´nt send it back. Thats not the worse, I even asked how to send it back and for a shipping label, in writing, and I still havent received an answer from them, and they have the courage to ask me why I have´nt sent it.They were just delaying as much as possible and now, months later after chasing them, I have a product I don´t need and they offered me some small discount as an appology to sell me a wrong product and not wanting to respond for this.

Venerdì scorso hanno chiamato dicendo che lunedì (cioè ieri) mi avrebbero ricontattato per comunicare la data di consegna, a loro dire direttamente dal produttore, il quale ho provato a contattare ma non risultano loro clienti. Da ieri sono irraggiungibili telefonicamente e non rispondono alle email. Ho urgenza di ricevere la merce e non so come fare.

Sep 30,2024Tempi di consegna biblici e comunicazione totalmente assente. Effettuato acquisto il 19/09/2024 ad oggi 30/09/2024 non si hanno notizie o risposte alle svariate mail inviate. Trattasi quasi certamente di un'attività "vetrina" che si limita ad ordinare il materiale presso i fornitori una volta ricevuto l'ordine tramite il sito. Questo permette certamente di avere prezzi competitivi rispetto ad un negozio "fisico" che però si impegna ed investe in un magazzino e nel servizio. L'evasione degli ordini e l'incertezza sui tempi di consegna è molto probabilmente legata alle tempistiche dei vari fornitori....quindi decisamente variabile e vincolata a trasporti, ordinativi minimi e quant'altro. EDIT: Curioso il fatto che in seguito al rilascio di questa mia recensione abbiano ritenuto opportuno annullare il mio ordine (il 09/10, dopo 20gg) specificando che la decisione era stata presa in seguito alla mia valutazione. Ancora più curioso che sia magicamente scomparsa dal sito la possibilità di rilasciare una recensione tramite la piattaforma utilizzata da loro stessi fino a qualche giorno fa. Molto seri e professionali non c'è che dire.

N'ayant pas reçue ma commande au 02/09/2024, je publie un avis négatif de mécontentement, après avoir envoyé un énième mail à l'entreprise , les menaçant de poursuite si je n'était pas remboursé. Et voilà que je reçois le lendemain 03/09/24 un mail d'expédition de commande avec délai de livraison le 05/09/24. J'ai bien reçu ma commande le 06/09 dans ma boite aux lettres. Bizarre qu'il faille menacé pour être entendu.! Tout rentre dans l'ordre...mais quand même!!

Noch ein Nachtrag: Man kann WINDOWO.DE bewerten ... und landet auf ihrer eigenen Seite .... natürlich alles mit ****** Einen besseren Beweis für Betrug kann es (fast) nicht geben. Letzter Nachtrag: Es geschehen noch Zeichen und Wunder. Wir haben gestern, 18.9.2024 - nach mehr als einem Monat - die Ware doch noch erhalten. Irgendeine Rückmeldung haben wir nicht bekommen!

Aug 01,2024j'ai signalé cette entreprise, fin mai 2024 - en effet, j'ai fais ma commande le 23 mai, et plusieurs écrits de demande de renseignements, sans aucune réponse - sur mon compte je voyais toujours la mention "new paid" - au bout d'un mois, je vois "in progress", puis le 28 juin "commande expédiée" - ensuite, c'est le transporteur FEDEX qui a bien travaillé, en livrant sans signature dans un endroit discret. c'était le 3 juillet .... donc, l'entreprise existe , le produit et conforme et de bonne qualité, mais je pense que seuls les italiens y retrouvent leur compte, et pas les autres pays. cette entreprise n'a pas le standing international.

Jul 22,2024Articles commandés le 28 mai 2024 et depuis plus rien,aucune réponse,pas de livraison mais l'argent bien encaissé je pense que ce sont des escrocs et je ne comprends pas les avis positifs à mon avis des fakes. Je changerai mon commentaire si reaction du vendeur Je modifie mon avis ,ils m'ont remboursé 1 article non dispo et m'ont expédié les 2 autres ...au bout de 3 mois. Donc ils sont fiables mais incompétents pour livrer les commandes

Jul 10,2024I ordered 2 mosquito nets, 2 months later still not delivered, out of 10 attempts to reach them by phone, managed one time, I was told I need to wait 1 month because it is custom made by size. Fine but 2 months later no response to emails, suddenly I received reimbursement for one mosquito net and notification from fedex that they will deliver the other one. I would not recommend this site.

Jun 26,2024Bestell-Nr. 1718540717 vom 16.6.24 Die Zahlung wurde uns noch zwei Tage später bestätigt. Seither warten wir auf die Lieferung. Auf E-Mail Nachfragen wird nicht geantwortet! Telefonisch ist niemand zu erreichen! Wird bezahlten über Paypal, bis kommende Woche warten wir noch, dann holen wir unser Geld zurück! hoffentlich! Update folgt..... FINGER WEG!!!! Bringt nur Ärger und Stress mit sich!!!!!

Nov 29,2024Plusieurs mails envoyés sans réponses.Nous avons accepté la commande avec les frais de transport italie-france.Apres relances,on reçoit un porte supplémentaire de 45e.total des frais 65e pour un colis banal et courant. Nous allons pas en rester là.Nous engageons une procédure avec dommages et intérets.
