I wasn't the most knowledgeable when it came to buying but Victoria helped put me at ease and guided me through the whole process and turned things around quickly. I'd highly recommend them to friends and family. Their service was an absolute 11/10

May 09,2022Avoid them my handler told me everything was done and we was just waiting for a completion date, 5 weeks later I called and was told yeah we need this paperwork doing she didn't call me. Then she went on holiday twice in a month I asked to get put with a new handler and that sort of happened but not 100% so the deal fell through because they wasted so much time the buyers mortgage agreement ran out

There where a couple of issues at the start but when our sale and purchase files where sent to Rachael and Lisa they moved really quickly and turned it around . Due to delays within the chain our purchase has taken slightly longer, but I have been kept informed on all matters arising. I cannot thank Angela and Danielle enough for all their help, answering all my questions/emails and calls in a timely manner.
