Jan 31,2024They will do ANYTHING to get out of a claim. Tedious questions and paperwork, then deny you. They are no good, stay with your carrier or Samsung Care. Stay away! Would rate 0 if I could. Believe the negative reviews.

Jan 20,2024Covers Accidental Damage & Theft, but not normal malfunctions. I have been a user for this service. I have lost my phone - they covered it. I have accidentally dropped and broke it - they covered it. However, what I did not know is they do not cover the normal malfunctions. For example, if your phone's battery is depleted because of many use in few years, or if your USB charging port stopped working - they do not cover. Be aware.

Jan 05,2024Cell Phone Insurance - the coverage was good, and the Customer Service is great very helpful staff. But the claim process was a bit too complicated (had to take unit to a third party to get a quote to get it then approved by WAG and then I imagine take it back). Plus all paperwork regarding the incident, and possibility of verification (sending phone into them) it was just too time consuming + a $65(?) deductible for a $230 phone, it was costing me in time more than it was 'worth' and I ended up abandoning and buying a new phone. (Then cancelling my policy was emails back and forth and had to request it a 2nd time after I got a new renewal notice) Maybe for a more expensive phone the ordeal is worth it. In the past w other companies i had they sent me a phone immediately and i sent mine in in the pre-paid envelope, all in a matter of a few days.
