Dec 07,2023It was easy to sign up but there site does not have a tab in their site that goes over what policies they have so I could read more into the policy before I bought it that part was a bit confusing and i looked under every tab. So I suggest they give knowledge of what, when and where . Secondly I purchased my policy last month but it does not reflect on my account but they took my first payment . So that’s confusing too! But grateful to have a place to get affordable insurance for prized possessions like my Apple products I will continue with them it’s not a hard process 123

Dec 06,2023Phones get lost. It happens. That's one of the reasons to buy insurance. But don't expect it to be covered because unless you can tell them when, where and how it was lost, the claim is denied. Well, DUH!, if I knew all that it wouldn't be lost. I detailed where I'd been that day and when I was at various locations but I didn't know how it went missing exactly, just that it was lost. Claim denied.

Nov 29,2023I like the pricing and have made a claim without issue. The website though needs some work... There needs to be some sort of way to set a name or nickname in the policy, we have multiple IPhone and Galaxy phone policies and it's tough to distinguish between them. There is no way that I have found to cancel a policy when we get new phones besides contacting directly, why can't that be done through the app?
