When I purchase the insurance they never told me that I needed it so they can replace it. They only asked me how much my phone is worth and I actually went lower so I can get a better price.

Nov 04,2023the WORST ave group. After receiving my claim, cracked laptop screen, which is covered by policy, got declined because “Right now they can not afford this repair”. Than simply blocked my email. Just don’t n even consider the worth ave group as insurance. Is not worth it

It’s 2023 and I still have to call to make a basic change like that so I can’t give the company any more than 3 stars due to the inconvenience of having to start a new policy and it being a few dollars more compared to the renewal price.

Oct 19,2023I was told by the associate on the phone I would be charged a $5 service fee if I signed up my second device over the phone and there would be no service fee if I did it on the website. I was still charged a $5 service fee doing it through the website. If I had know this I would have just done it over the phone instead of wasting more time logging onto the website.
