May 04,2024Оформила свою першу посилку, успішно поповнила баланс, після оплати посилка набула статусу "викуплено", чекала три тижні, нічого не відбувалось, написала в підтримку, мені сказали, що товар не було викуплено через проблеми з оплатою, чому мені про це не повідомили одразу? через цю затримку я не встигла скористуватись купоном на знижку до кінця місяця :((

May 03,2024Користуюсь 4 або 5 років, купив більше 1000 лотів. Нажаль змушений констатувати що якість сервісу компанії стрімко деградувала за останній рік-півтора. Раніше компанія працювала дуже класно і проблема була тільки з завищення вартості доставки по Японії (і то це була скоріше проблема «прозорості»). За останні час (приблизно від початку 2023 року) компанія стрімко деградувала, купівля через них супроводжується великою кількістю проблем, які зводяться до низького сервісу та постійного вимагання додаткових плат. Наприклад: - якість пакування посилок (товар пакується не відповідно інструкцій, зумисно занижується кількість товарів в посилці, щоб було відправлено більше посилок оскільки присутній ліміт ваги); так наприклад, вони залишили на складі товар який був від початку в переліку на пакування, вміщувався в посилку по вазі (був в два рази легший ніж вага яка залишилась до досягнення ліміту). При цьому вони вказали як обґрунтування, що перевищено ліміт ваги!!! Та не соромлячись писали, що якщо я заплачу додаткові кошти, то вони «перепакують» посилку так щоб всі товари вмістились в ліміт ваги. - шантаж та ЗУМИСНЕ неправильне вказування ваги товарів на 10%-30% що призводить до того що ви менше товарів плануєте в посилку і відповідно змушені відправляти більше посилок. За вказування правильної ваги не соромлячись вимагають додаткові оплати. - відсутність будь якої відповідальності (з ЇХ слів вони не відповідають за те що товар який буде прийнятий на склад і відправлений вам буде хоча б візуально таким самим як на фото лоту, а потім вимагають гроші за фотосервіс для підтвердження) - пошкодження товарів (зі свого досвіду отримав 8 товарів з однаковим, типовим пошкодженнями в 3 різних посилках які їхали в різний час, самі посилки не були ушкоджені – надав фото коробок з деклараціями; товари були куплені у різних продавців і не мали пошкоджень на фото лотів. Єдине місце де вони знаходились разом в один час – склад. Зенмаркет відмовився від виплати компенсації та, головне, відмовився надати відео пакування (яке в них з їх же слів є в наявності) цих посилок і на якому було б видно чи запаковували товари вже з пошкодженнями. - хамство операторів (персональний привіт Владиславу). - Постійні технічні проблеми (проблеми з хостом – сайт просто падає коли на яху закінчується багато аукціонів; проблеми з пошуком – видає не коректні результати; сторінки не оновлюються коли робляться ставки; багато функцій, як наприклад, пошук по часу закінчення, не працюють коректно, тощо) Скоріше за все компанія або змінила власників або має фінансові проблеми, які впливають на якість сервісу та персоналу.

May 03,2024Користуюсь досить давно, чи не єдине зауваження - довго. Обробка товару займає певний час, і буває, що доки товар обробиться і додасться в корзину, він вже проданий. Також довго обробляються посилки - часом по тижню або більше. І дещо дивно що коли змінити спосіб доставки на інший, це знову займає час на переоформлення.

May 03,2024The first proxy service I have used and I must say I have been happy with it from the first moment. Several marketplaces available, the ability to have photos of the purchased item sent to you, and support that is always helpful and quick to respond. The only thing I would take away is the different service fees.

May 03,2024Ne leur faîte pas confiance, ce sont des escrocs, ils mon arnaqué et fait perdre beaucoup d'argent, 8 colis livrés sur 10, refus de livraison du reliquat chez eux-mêmes, donc argent de la marchandise perdu, 2 envois payés dans le vide, assurance forcée mais 100% inutile et ne garantissant rien... escroquerie en bande organisée à ce niveau !!

May 03,2024Was nervous trying ZenMarket for the first time, but it was the only source for a coat I wanted from my favorite Japanese clothing brand (Ichi Antiquités), so I crossed my fingers and gave it a go. Wow! So easy, worked exactly as promised with one key difference -- item was at my door roughly two weeks from the day I ordered! Will definitely be using ZenMarket again -- and recommending it to my friends!

May 03,2024I started using Zenmarket a little over a year ago and they been a real blessing to me. I’ve had over 40 parcels delivered to me here in Wisconsin USA since and everyone has been expertly packed and arrived safely with no damage to its contents. I do make it a point to pay the little bit extra for the reinforcement as my parcels tend to be pretty heavy. I also like the courier choices that available, quite a few choices compared to some other proxy sites. I like the fact that they only charge a 500¥ fee per item with no commission fees….I have in the past used another proxy service that charged a 9% commission on top of their already higher flat fee. Zenmarket has been much more affordable to partner up with. I like that…. Customer service has always been very prompt and helpful. My questions and unblocking requests have always been politely and courteously answered within 24 hours. On the rare occasion an item arrives damaged to their warehouse they contact me and issue me a prompt refund…… I will continue to use Zenmarket with confidence for all of my future purchases. They are simply the best!

May 03,2024Très bon service de proxy. Je l'utilise depuis 4 ans maintenant et j'ai rien à redire. Les articles sont acheté rapidement et envoyé avec le plus grand soin. J'ai rarement vu des colis aussi bien emballé pour éviter tout dommage pour la livraison. De plus, Zenmarket permet de payer la TVA directement pour éviter toute surprise à l'arrivée !

May 02,2024I've been using ZenMarket regularly for over a year now. Overall, they're trustworthy and reliable. I prefer them over Buyee because: * They support IOSS, meaning that I can pay customs duties in advance. This way, packets get dropped off at my door instead of either having to be at home or picking it up at the post office the next day. It's also cheaper because carriers charge extra handling fees when dealing with customs. * ZenMarket gives you more control over packaging. You can tell them right away that you want a small box suitable for Small Air Packet (the cheapest for me). * You get a better exchange rate if you use bank transfer to deposit money. * Their user interface for auctions is more responsive than that of Buyee. There's a countdown and the current price refreshes automatically. However, there are also some things I don't like about ZenMarket: * Even though ZenMarket has upped their service fees from 300jpy to 500jpy, packaging still takes 3 or more working days. In comparison, Buyee takes around 1-2 days for consolidation. * ZenMarket requires you to deposit money in advance, meaning that you have to withdraw it or spend it on something else if you lose an auction. Buyee just withdraws money from your PayPal account after you've won an auction. * Then there's their levels system. If you spend enough money, ZenMarket increases your credit limit, which is very useful for auctions. What really sucks however is that your level gets downgraded when you don't use ZenMarket for a month or two. * I've encountered cases where the price of an item changes after I've ordered it and before ZenMarket buys it. If the price went up, you have to confirm your order again. However, if the price went down, ZenMarket still buys it, charges you the original price and you won't get a refund for the difference.

May 04,2024お仕事は迅速丁寧なんですが、クレジットを使うと手数料が高いのと、パッキングで500グラムはふえるだろうと想定したので、注文したいものを我慢して、削減して注文したにもにもかかわらず、パッキングでなんと、たった10グラムオーバーしたために送料が倍近くになってなんか損した気分になりました。すごく悔しかったです．
