May 08,2024Ich habe jetzt in den letzten Jahren etwa 20 Pakete schicken lassen, und es hat immer alles gut geklappt. Der Kontakt, sofern nötig, war immer sehr freundlich und zielführend. Wobei ich noch nie ein Problem hatte, das den Kundenservice auf die Probe stellen können hätte. Die Produkte waren immer hervorragend verpackt, so dass da nichts schief gehen konnte. Keramik wurde beispielsweise so gut verpackt, dass man problemlos Fußball damit spielen können hätte. Bei unzerbrechlicher Ware habe ich daher auch schonmal geschrieben, dass sie nicht alles extra in Luftpolsterfolie packen müssen, um Müll zu sparen und das Gewicht etwas zu senken. Ein Problem, dass Ware von Y! Auctions oder Mercari nicht richtig geliefert wurde (wofür Zenmarket nichts könnte), hatte ich auch noch nie. Insgesamt sind sie vielleicht nicht die allerschnellsten, das Verpacken dauert schon manchmal ein paar Tage, aber darauf kommt es mir nicht an. Ich nehme bei schweren Paketen (über 2 kg) in der Regel auch die Seefracht. Das dauert dann schonmal 2 Monate nach Deutschland (seit der Blockade des Suezkanals sogar noch 2 Wochen länger), aber Vorfreude ist ja schließlich die schönste Freude ;-)

The package came perfectly well and I got my 2 plushies, very content. And my parcel arrived in 2 weeks, which is amazing. 10/10, will be using again!

De nombreuses possibilités d’expédition sont également proposées et il y a de temps en temps des promotions cashback avantageuses. Le moteur de recherche n’est pas le meilleur mais j’utilise d’autres sites de proxy pour ça

May 07,2024C’est génial et tout mais un vendeur as envoyé la mauvaise taille et ils ont pu rien faire. Je ne pouvais pas en parler avec le vendeur non plus car ils pouvais pas leurs parler ‘fin bref c’est compliqué et j’me suis retrouver avec le mauvais truc alors que c’était ma première commande. :/ sinon tout baigne !

May 07,2024Đóng gói chắc chắn, cẩn thận. Thấy thông báo hàng đến hải quan Việt Nam, cứ nghĩ phải mất mấy ngày mới nhận được hàng về tay, ai dè ngay hôm sau nhận được hàng luôn. Nói chung chất lượng dịch vụ tương xứng với đồng tiền bỏ ra. Từ giờ mặc định cứ mua hàng 2nd hand là qua Zenmarket ^^ (P/S: Bưu kiện được tặng kèm móc khóa và tờ rơi origami của Zenmarket. CSKH cũng tận tình, phản hồi khá nhanh)

L'interface est relativement conviviale, intégralement traduite en français, et la possibilité de régler les frais d'importation à l'avance est très pratique. Je retire une étoile car le moteur de recherche est perfectible, une recherche multisite serait bienvenue plutôt que de chercher sur un site à la fois, et parfois aucun résultat n'apparaît.
