May 07,2024baseline processing fee is higher than competition, but for that you get longer storage time and bonus services at no additional cost + seems to work more reliably when ordering items with limited availability. also includes a nice option to stock up zen points for later use while yen is cheap

May 07,2024Réponse : Il est vrai que c'est injuste que vous soyez jugé sur le fait qu'il ne soit plus possible de modifier la valeur déclarée du colis, même si cela détériore fortement notre expérience en tant que clients. Par contre concernant la déclaration des objets antiques, vous avez faux. En France la mention "Antique, plus de 100 ans" suffit amplement à ce que le colis soit dédouané sans le moindre problème. Au pire, la douane contacte le destinataire en lui demandant une facture pro forma et le colis est systématiquement dédouané en appliquant une TVA légale de 5,5% pour les antiquités au lieu des 20% habituels. En clair, pour quelqu'un comme moi qui n'achète que de l'antiquité (ou presque) au Japon, je dois dorénavant non seulement payer une taxe de 20% alors qu'elle devrait être de 5,5%, mais en plus sur une valeur déclarée totale du colis... Je suis sûr que vous comprendrez aisément à quel point mon expérience s'est dégradée ces dernières années... Cela dit, ce serait avec plaisir que je remonterais ma note à 5 étoiles si vous revenez sur votre refus d'appliquer la mention citée précédemment pour les achats antiques. Very good. Probably the best proxy to make shopping in Japan. I have used this service for years and spent a lot of money, and have never been disappointed by Zenmarket. There is a very responsive sales service, and the parcels are always well packaged. But unfortunately the service has deteriorated in recent years. Zenmarket changed his shipping policy and it is not possible anymore to modify the value of the parcel... So, fully taxed at arrival... From now on, they also don't accept anymore to put the mention "antique, over 100 years old" on the shipping form, and it is very anoying especially when you buy almost only antiques, of course... Also, the credit system has changed and not for the better. Now it is necessary to spend 150,000 yen in 4 months to get a credit of 50,000 yen. Really to high to be interesting. However, this credit system has the merit of existing unlike the competition which does not offer it. So, this is for these last reasons I can't give 5 stars to Zenmarket. Too many constraints.

La procédure est claire avec suivi détaillé, expédition hyper soignée, un vrai bonheur à la réception. C'est Noël au printemps !

May 07,2024J'ai utilisé Zen Market pour acheter un pot d'échappement assez rare pour ma moto que j'ai eu la chance de trouver au Japon sur Yahoo auction. Leur service a été impeccable a toutes les étapes, tout est super bien expliqué, chaque étape est détaillé avec la marche à suivre, les frais que facture le site sont vraiments corrects, ce qui fait monter le prix c'est plutôt les frais d'envois et ce bon vieux gouvernement français avec la TVA a 20%. Mon échappement est arrivé en même pas une semaine a partir du moment où il a été expédié et est arrivé dans un état absolument impeccable. En bref je recommande absolument 👍

May 07,2024Exactly what I ordered Relatively cheap price to get your item shipped. You have to pay for the item getting shipped to their warehouse and then for it to be shipped to you, but other than that, it was an easy process to get my item.

May 05,2024I have been using ZM for a few years now, almost 200 parcels shipped. I had tried several other proxy services prior, and was not entirely satisfied, among other things with packing issues. ZM has by far the best and most reactive customer service. The packing team is exceptional, items are very well protected, and reinforced boxes are nearly indestructible. I highly recommend for buying from Nippon.

May 04,2024I have a total of 7 years using Zenmarket as a private person mainly for buying used old pc parts from yahoo actions for personal usage and collection. I estimate that i have bought about or over 700 items since 2018 which were shipped in 224 parcels in total. My experience so far is positive but things are not as good as they used to be. Their packing services in 85% of the times (my personal opinion) is good-very good. For the rest of 15% the warehouse staff is doing a sloppy job or they use very oversized carton boxes which causes extra fees and shipping cost. Up to September 2022 i was buying and shipping almost the double ammount in price and volume in parcels,but at that time they stopped the service of adjusting the customs price,and that cause old items to become very overpriced from custom duties and vat. Their contact services is good overall no major issues. Their packing and shipping services overall is also good-very good ... but the last 6 months their services are way slower than they used to be. They have a good auto translation service in their website,so you can read easily the Japanese texts. But if you press to read a direct link (throuth their site) you will be rejected if your ip is from EU or UK 2022年4月6日 (水) よりYahoo! JAPANは欧州経済領域（EEA）およびイギリスからご利用いただけなくなりました If you are a first time user or a novice user , dont be afraid and use their services,they are reliable and trusted. For users that want to use a platform in more than regular and often basis ... think about other alternatives also. They did a 67% raise in their buying fees lately (from 300 yen to 500 yen) They dramatically changed (for worse) their credit limit system (for their loyal customers) Now it's more suited for bussiness clients and not for old time loyal private person customers. Their campaigns and discounts ... hhmm I dont know. Although i am located in a EU country,i never got one (i was always in the exceptions). Maybe i am unlucky. Well,that's all.

May 04,2024I started using ZenMarket last year and have shipped around 7+ parcels through them so far. All have been great experiences with multiple shipping options and excellent packaging. However, I absolutely want to commend their team with my most recent purchases which were large, heavy and fragile CRT monitors. The monitors were packed extremely well and all arrived in great working shape with no shipping damage (which is a minor miracle considering how these couriers handle packages nowadays). Thank you ZenMarket, please keep up the great work!

May 04,2024Terrible service, very frustrating. The customer service takes very long time to resolve the problem. You will never hear a response until you dispute with bank. The buying process is slow and you will never get the product. Risk it if you want to get something from Japan.

Компанія взяла курс на оптових закупівельників і абсолютно відкинула цілий прошарок лояльних покупців, які замовляти недорогі товари, але часто й багато. На щастя, зараз є чимало альтернатив. Якщо й купувати тут, то лише на Чорну п'ятницю, коли відсутня комісія.

ZenMarket was too slow to make the actual order, so the product price went up. ZenMarket is very fast to ask for more money. Asked for reimbursement but no answer. I guess i m forced to pay more. Avoid, other services are better
