Nov 08,2024I have used Zest for a couple of rentals abroad and can only report a smooth service. It makes the uncomfortable nature of renting in a foreign country far less stressful by operating through a UK company, with built in guarantees.

Nov 08,2024Booking with Zest was so simple. Their website is super easy to navigate and pricing was transparent - no hidden extras. Any extras that will be incurred at the pick up point are explained and pointed out prior to booking. Response to queries was really quick. Rental was from Lisbon Airport.

Nov 08,2024Initial car hire process through Zest was excellent. Condition of car equally good. My only gripe is it is becoming common practice for the providers to be reluctant to accompany customers on the initial check of the car which is a poor practice. On two occasions I have discovered unrecorded damage and only after being firm with the provider did they then inspect and record damage. Zest need to reinforce this policy for the customers protection.

Nov 08,2024Collection of the car at Faro Airport was straight forward with no hidden extras and also the agent spoke perfect English. The car was in perfect condition. We returned the car at 4am and the agent was already there to meet us. Again handover was quick and effortless. Would use Zest again

Nov 07,2024Good choice of rental companies, own top up insurance, never any problem so always use. Reasonable value and clear instructions. Presumably the rental companies have some pressure to provide good service otherwise they won't be linked to Zest.

No hard sales for additional insurance (which we already had) and the toll system was explained to us. Car in excellent condition, very clean. Drop off was simple and efficient. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The collection took less than 15 minutes and the return less than 5 minutes, it is the best hire car service I have ever had. The cost was less than half that of the big companies at the airport and included full insurance. The complete experience was excellent, I will definitely recommend Drive4fun to my friends and relatives.

Nov 06,2024Hiring a car for a road trip around Sicily looked like a bit of nightmare until I found Zest. The whole booking process was so clear and straightforward. Insurance options and all other details were very clearly explained on the site and in the confirmation emails. We picked a highly rated provider (Locauto) and had no problems at all. I can safely say that the Zest process took all the stress out of hiring a car. Will use them again.

Nov 05,2024Have been using zest for years. Cannot fault their service, even though this year, because of flight changes and COVID cancellations to some of our party, nothing was too much trouble. We even got a cheaper deal in the end. Service like this is so rare these days that it is almost unexpected. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Richard.

Nov 05,2024the worst bunch of cheats I have ever came across in 40 years of car hire for holiday . They sub- contracted us out to another bunch of hounds click rent .I should have walked away at their reception desk when there was collection of people arguing with them .We were given a car way below what we ordered and paaid for and when we returned it the said it had a scratch under the front bumper and they then charged me 900 euros to repair.We drove 70 miles in the car in a fortnight we would have been cheaper with taxis.Honestly these people are are so dishonest they have to be outed .AVOID AVOID AVOID .I wonder how much they are paying for their false reviews
