Nov 05,2024Collection was very smooth and efficient at Faro Airport the member of staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and we were given guidance on fitting our baby seat. On return a week later we were immediately met by another staff member who checked the vehicle and the fuel level and we were away within 5 minutes of parking up. Fantastic 5 star service

In the super tricky and stressfull world of holiday car rental, it really feels like they are on your side, and indeed at you side should they be needed, just a phone call or email away. They monitor the performance of the car hire companies they use, and on the odd occasion of something not quite right, they have a 24 hour help line to resolve any issues. They are now my go to Hire Car broker in Europe.

Nov 01,2024My experience with Zest was seamless in that, from initial contact, emails were sent at various stages up to taking delivery that were clear, concise and professional; this in itself helped remove any doubts I had about dealing with an overseas company. Also, their concerns about my post-hire experience were appreciated. As I had no issues, I was unable to put their problem-solving skills to the test, but I have no doubt as to their abilities. A professional, reliable company, I would have no reservation in using them again.

Oct 31,2024This company have been great over the years when I’ve hired a car abroad. Initially, I was a bit sceptical about getting it delivered to the hotel and returning it to the airport but they made the process very easy and kept in touch with emails and contact details. They delivered the car I’d asked for even though I knew it could be something ‘similar’ to what I wanted according to the hiring terms. When dropping the car off at their base near the airport it was dark and not well lit and we missed the turning which wasn’t a big thing but it’s something to watch out for if you’re dropping it off at Kyprexxo in the dark. The staff were helpful and easy to talk to and all in all it was a pleasant experience and I would use the company again.

Oct 31,2024I rented a car from boycar Izmir airport through Zestcar. Prices were very reasonable and booking process very smooth. Very good and quick communication with Zestcar team. Hire company Boycar is situated just at the airport, and collection process was really smooth and I was driving the car after 10 minutes. Returning was even quicker, around 2 minutes, they didn’t search for a scratches etc, just Quick Look around the car. Deposit refunded next day. I had a full boycar insurance plus topup insurance from Zestcar.

No hidden fees, everything visible and explained at time of booking. Would definitely choose Zest again for future bookings.
