Oct 10,2024I use Zest as I trust them to use the most reliable suppliers and charge a competitive price. They are ‘Which’ recommended and rightly so. I have always had a good experience. The communication, emails and documents are a credit to them. Lastly, during Covid lockdown, Zest was the only company to return my money, after a forced cancellation of a holiday, no quibble no hoops to jump through. That goodwill goes a very long indeed.

Oct 09,2024Zest made the booking and collection of a vehicle and coordination of three families arriving at Malaga for my son's wedding, very easy and smooth. Someone was there to meet us as we came through arrivals, escort us to our vehicle and get on our way. This was all done smoothly with helpful and friendly staff.

Oct 09,2024This company is totally unreliable and let us down with our car hire. We requested a manual car several days in advance but when the car was delivered to our hotel it was an automatic. I made it clear at the time of booking I don't drive automatics. They then had the nerve to say they had done me a favour delivering a Yaris that was over 3 years old with dents, scratches and the wing mirror damaged. I refused to take delivery of such a shocking car that was not what I had ordered but was in need of the body shop and also stunk of smoke. Zest rental does not live up to there name. God knows how they are recommended by WHICH is begger belief. DO NOT BE TAKEN IN WITH their reviews as they cannot deliver a service letting down holiday makers and leaving them with no transport. No offer of any compensation for their mistake just passing the buck onto the third party supplier who they used.

Having used on-airport cars before, I decided to hire an off-airport car this time and I found it a much more relaxing experience and will use Zest again.

Oct 08,2024Zest have been extremely helpful and easy to deal with from the start. Great deals on offer as well. The hire company they put us with were also excellent and very easy to deal with. The extra driver at no additional charge along with their (bought) extra insurance made driving abroad hassle and worry free. They kept us fully informed as the hire time drew near. Overall a great experience and will definitely be using the again.

Oct 08,2024The company selected was Drive on Holidays. Staff are pleasant but it took quite a while to complete the rental agreement. No problem on return. The car was new and well presented. Checking by photo protects them and me!

Oct 08,2024Zest offers a range of cars from a number of suppliers at competitive prices. Insurance options are clearly stated. It is also nice to know that if there is a problem with a supplier, Zest will provide support. The car supplier, Dirent-a-car, Kefalonia, provided an excellent service.

It was reassuring to know that I was fully covered against any additional charges. The whole package was a very good price. No hassle on collection or return. I was given the car I wanted in excellent condition. Great all round.

Oct 10,2024Easy Car Hire were very poor, took over an hour of queueing to collect the car. They contacted us 10 days after returning the car (having been told it would be 24-48 hours) with a 2000 euro bill for damage that they "found" 10 days after returning. They altered the form (very clearly altered) after my signature. The excess was 1500 euros but they still charged 2000. Zest were very poor at advocating for this. I would never use them again.
