Aug 29,2018I have used 34sp for all my hosting and domain registration for well over 10 years (multiple sites). I have always had first class service and would recommend them to you without reservation. They are competitively priced, but the stand out thing for me is their customer service, which is excellent. Always polite, always fast to repond, knowledgeable, and always get things sorted......even when the problem has been caused by me! I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Jul 20,2018I needed my DNS to be updated to enable Https on my website. The 34SP team asked me to send in screenshots of the required DNS and next day they let me know it had been implemented. The expert asked me to check it had enabled https before he closed the call. It worked first time. Very pleased with the service.

Jul 17,2018Exclent level of support whilst setting up the hosting of a non-profits website. This had to happen within a couple of days, after moving the domain name over it was up and working within an hour. Support were very quick replying to my email questions and always very professional.

I have tried other companies and clients have requested other companies and every time I use someone else, the service is never as good! 34sp are always on hand to help especially when setting up. Any issues or downtime are dealt with quickly and efficiently also and I have never had a problem with them.

We rarely need to contact them for support but when we do the response is extremely quick and always friendly. There has even been occasions when we have raised support tickets for issues that we had later discovered to have no relevance to 34SP's service but they have always helped and advised regardless. Jun 22,2018This is my second time posting a review for 34SP because over time our trust in their services has only increased. I can't recommend them enough, particularly for WordPress hosting. Faster, more secure and easier to use than any others we have tried, and we have tried a lot. Having switched all our sites onto 34SPs services over a year ago we could never go back. Their support team is incredible. They are friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond. I was surprised to read the couple of negative reviews of their service and can only assume the writers were from rival companies because they are so far off base. As an agency we have tested the alternatives and there simply are very few who can hold a candle to 34SP. If you are looking for a hosting provider who can make it all so easy, while delivering fantastic performance and providing excellent customer service then give 34SP a try. They'll be the last provider you'll ever use.

Jun 22,2018Wow what an atrocious joke of a hosting company! I am a web designer and work with countless of different client's hosting companies every year some good and some bad. I would have to say that 32sp are by far and wide one of the worst in terms of basic hosting functionality and usability. Took me two days to create a basic mysql database through their web interface because it kept throwing up a error. Finally just before I was about to transfer the client's domain away it finally created it. Went to use FTP to upload files and kept receiving a login error even though I had just created the login details from scratch... turns out only when you go into their awful control panel did I see something they call "FTP Lock" which locks out all FTP accounts at midnight every day so for anyone that uses FTP on a daily basis it means before you can use your FTP client you need to go through the totally un-necessary and time wasting step of logging into the 34sp control panel and unlocking FTP!?! PHP 7 appears to be not natively supported on their "Professional" hosting offering and you need to use a installer they provide as a work around which is a first in over a decade and a half of working with hosts. The cherry on the cake comes when I went to transfer a CMS website to their hosting via FTP in a zip file and then ran into yet another problem when I went to unzip the 99mb file. Turns out they have an unadvertised and as yet unknown file size limit as to what can be moved or unzipped. I called their "support" department to be told to open a ticket to request this and they "might" be able to do it. When I questioned why he couldn't just do it immediately given he was working in the support department and this nonsense didn't make any sense he refused to do it even when I explained the client was already onboard for transferring services away to a better host and this was going to be the last straw he couldn't care less about keeping the customer.... so message received and understood I will be transferring now. If you want a host that will make even the most basic core features of a hosting package almost impossible to access, place ridiculously blocks and restrictions on their "Professional" hosting offering and then refuse to offer actual support via their telephone support which is just basically someone who tells you to open a ticket and therefore pointless. Does not support PHP 7 natively (which all Wordpress, Joomla and other CMS websites need), throws up errors when trying to create a database and pay slightly over the odds for it all then you will love 34sp otherwise honestly take it from someone who knows take your business elsewhere. Normally I wouldn't waste anymore of my valuable time on this sort of carry on but I felt strongly enough to warn people just what a ridiculous crowd they are!

Jun 12,2018Very helpful support staff. I've called support a number of times over the last week, always for advice on DNS and unusual situations. I haven't ever had to call about a problem with the hosting service. The support staff have always been very polite and helpful. They have been similarly helpful in email tickets.

Jun 12,2018I have been with 34sp for a few years - originally for personal website hosting. But I found their approach far superior to other companies and moved 3 business websites to 34sp.com. Their hosting is excellent, their options for pay management are based around user need, and I have found both the business hosting and wordpress hosting to be a much more aposite and flexible service than you can find elsewhere. Their help and support is unparalleled - it is quick, friendly, and they never make you feel stupid when you make a basic mistake - they always help you correct it painlessly! I can and have recommended them to other businesses, who have been equally as pleased with performance.
