Feb 21,2018Having experience of various UK service providers, 34SP are by far the best. Really brilliant support service. It is very easy to contact them, and any problem, no matter how small is always dealt with really quickly. On top of the great service, the control panel is slick, and very easy to use, and the servers are very fast and always up. Couldn't recommend them more highly. The website I host with them is for the Hornsey Historical Society.

They're well priced for the services that they offer, but more than that they get the job done. On the rare occasions I've had issues with my sites they've responded promptly, courteously, and then sorted the problem out. 34sp are awesome!

Feb 18,2018I love working with 34SP.com. They have a good product, user friendly dashboard and so on... but what makes them stand out above the rest is their customer support. It is excellent. I use an awful lot of online services these days and I honestly say that the customer support I have received from 34SP has been THE BEST. They always understand what I need technically (even when I don't), their attendants have such a gracious tone PLUS they actually make the necessary changes. They are also fast. Seriously, I wish all online help was this good.

Feb 13,2018I moved to 34SP just over a year ago now, and it has proved to be the best choice I could have made. There is no comparison with the previous hosts. They answer queries almost instantlyy, even on weekends, and they genuinely sort you out using friendly & expert UK-based staff. Their control panel is a breeze to use, even for a novice like me. Whenever I have made a mistake they have put me right. And I have not had any downtime whatsoever. Really, I cant overstate how pleased I have been with 34SP - I thank Kelly at Red Kite for recommending them.

Feb 07,2018I am technically and digitally illiterate so if anything goes wrong - which is rare with 34SP - I need some serious hand-holding to put it right. I get all the help I need, almost always the same day, and clear, logical instructions as to what to do. Couldn't be better

We have received helpful technical advice from competent staff, and all the hosting support required to complete our (admittedly simple and straightforward) project. Jan 13,2018I took over the ownership of a WordPress site set up by someone else. 34SP were very helpful to me in assisting this transfer - going a lot further in dealing with the people involved than I could have expected. Their customer support is excellent and they are very careful to ensure that I am completely happy with the outcomes of their support before they will close a support ticket.

Jan 12,2018I have used 34sp for a few years now. They were recommended to me by a professional working in the online casino business (he knows his stuff). Two things: 1) They are UK based and 2) they pride themselves on good customer support. That in my book is enough to choose them above others. Their offerings also do exactly what it says on the tin, i.e. they don't hide bolt on items (like the bigger TV advertising hosting companies) that change to the full blown item if you don't physically cancel within 30 days. The only issue I have had was a blip on the email service some time ago (hence the other reviews). This was a major headache for everyone involved, but worked tirelessly to sort it with the most up to date systems available and that is FULLY sorted now. Not only that, but their follow-up was excellent and they opened up bandwidths for no extra cost (unlike other companies), so everything works seamlessly. Servers are fast and set up correctly so you don't have slow loads and down time. Don't go for a hosting company offering £3 per month for hosting, or you will get what you pay for, i.e. congested servers and terrible indifferent support (more like a hosting farm). If you want the right product, then pay the right amount and expect the right support from someone in the UK. Medium sized in my book means they care about their customers. Highly recommend them.

Jan 11,2018Great service from 34SP. I transferred 2 Wordpress websites, domain names and email servers from GoDaddy - wish I'd done it years ago. I had a pretty complicated setup before and the move was handled brilliantly by the support team. Very fast responses and patient replies to my questions. Since the transfer was completed I've found the 34sp backend interface really easy to navigate.

Feb 26,2018I host getting on for a hundred domain names with 34SP, including personal domains and all of my employer's business-critical domain names. I also use their Wordpress hosting for important sub-sites my employer needs. I have never had any downtime and the telephone and email support has been responsive, polite and well-informed. I would recommend 34SP without hesitation.
