May 09,2018We have been really impressed with 34SP who host our website. They were able to transfer over the site with no problem, taking time to explain what we needed to do. They are a very knowledgeable bunch of guys (not had any girls working with us yet) and work through everything with us. Always available both on the phone or by email; they actually respond and check we are totally happy and everything is working to our satisfaction before they close the case. We can't thank them enough for sorting out a recent issue we had when we thought we had a bug and nothing could be done. They calmly, following their amazing patience and discussion restored a back up which we never even realised they could do. We are all back to normal and following their advice have removed no longer required users. Fran gcci.co.uk

May 03,2018I was introduced to this company for my hosting by the web developer, I didnt know one from another but was impressed they had an 0161 number and the hosting was no more expensive than any other. Since then I've had to call them to help with an SSL certificate - Alex was so helpful, polite, efficient. Super impressed and have now recommended them to all my clients who are setting up websites.

May 01,2018Can't recommend these guys enough. Always so prompt answering support questions. Never considered looking anywhere else for service after ten plus years. I work with customers in USA, EU, and now AUS. Am even in the process of moving all my domain names their direction.

Thanks to their support for charities by providing free hosting, ours is taking shape. We can't thank 34SP.com and their support staff for helping us to get started. Replied to our queries were friendly and prompt and we couldn't have asked for more. All we have to do now is get to grips with Wordpress!

Apr 25,2018I Have had hosting packages and domain names with 34SP.com for a good few years now. The customer support is immediate, efficient and friendly. I can't say more than that, I wouldn't bother using another company for hosting as 34SP.com do it right. If it's not broken etc. Good work all, please keep it up. In this day and age it's nice to know someone other than Amazon and Apple are trying!

Apr 09,2018I've been with them for years. I'm a low cost customer as I just have a little website for selling handmade items but I receive the same level of service anyone else would. Super speedy, helpful and always get back to you to check if a particular fix worked or not. Would recommend them to anyone, no matter how big or small their internet endeavours!

Our website and emails crashed and despite trying to get everything sorted the matter remained an issue for almost 2 months....this was because my company put our trust in our local 'expert'...it wasn't until I managed to speak to the team at 34SP.com that immediate action was taken and our problems were solved within hours. The team at 34SP.com were exceptionally helpful...their outstanding communication skills came to the fore and their willingness to help took and defused the stress in the whole situation....I wish I had spoken directly to them earlier. I would totally recommend the company as a completely friendly and very professional group

Apr 06,2018I've been with 34SP for over 10 years. They are fantastic. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Whenever I've called, they've really worked with me to solve whatever issue I'm having - and it's mostly due to me not doing something right - their service/servers have been consistent and reliable throughout my time with them. I've called when I updated my phone or iPad and couldn't get my mail to work on it - and while I'm not sure this really falls into 34SP's remit to help with, they go out of their way to help ensure I get it working. LIttle things like this make me very loyal - I feel that they are loyal to me too. Honestly, I cannot fault this company and recommend them highly (I am always recommending them in fact!).

We don't have problems with 34SP, there are odd issues sometimes. So we simply raise a ticket on their platform and get an answer back very quickly, I don't ever recall having lengthy dialogue. The 1st response resolves the problem

Mar 22,2018I've been with 34SP.com for several years now after switching around hosts a couple of times previously and have never found fault with the service. My web site rarely goes offline and the managed Wordpress service is fantastic. I don't have to do a thing apart from keep my site relevant! 34SP take care of all the various updates and if the site ever does go offline, a quick e-mail to their Support team usually has it resolved first time and it's always answered within minutes. I would highly recommend 34SP.com to others.

Jun 01,2018I have recently transferred five WordPress sites and a number of associated mailboxes to 34sp.com. I was attracted away from my previous supplier (whose service levels, it must be said were fine) by a number of features offered by 34sp including: - hardware cache - staging facility (without separate staging counting against number of sites charged for) - ability to talk to support as well as deal with them by email - use of containerization rather than shared sites - free personal certificate for domain (HTTPS support) These add-ons have delivered as expected, with a significant improvement in response form the hardware cache (despite having previously used the excellent wp-rocket software cache) The monthly costs of 34sp are marginally less than my present supplier, but savings are significant when allowance is made for the need that certificates cost £40 a year per site and the need to fund a decent software cache plugin. Support during migration was excellent, with only one minor hiccup (my fault) which was rapidly rectified. 34sp also found a workaround so that I could host mailboxes for an additional domain that had no associated website without needing to set this against the number of sites covered by my contract - something my previous supplier could not do. So all in all, I am very happy to have made the move.
