Dec 05,2017I rely on having a hosting company that is reliable for my business and for re-seling to clients. I've had the occasional problem with email server outages for sure but tell me an ISP that doesn't. Stuff happens. But overall 34SP are large enough to be a serious player but small enough to actually treat you like they care. It's not like the usual corporate money-making exercise where the customer is the last thing on their mind. They have real techies who in my experience know their stuff and usually respond pretty promptly and courteously when I've had queries and problems. They were recommended by a web developer friend some years ago and I've never regretted moving to 34SP.

Dec 05,2017Having used several other big name hosting sites I've always been left feeling unsupported and with a poor service. Back in 20016 I moved to 34sp for my wordpress hosting on one of my sites and recently for purchasing my domain name for my squarespace site and aside from a faultless service when I need support, its there. Quick and accurate every time with their UK based support, I can't recommend them enough!

Dec 02,2017i have been with 34sp.com a number of months now in that time in the time my website has gone down on at least 4 occasion due to there internal issues. Support is only office hours so you are totally stuffed if your site goes down outside those hours. Even during office hours you are sometimes waiting a whole day for someone to get back to you and then in my experience it is only to ask a stupid question. overall not a brill experience currently on the hunt for a better service. just a bit of an update I've now been with out a proper working service for 11 days and I am just going round in circles 34sp.com have advised me that there is nothing wrong with my site even though google has closed all of my ads saying my site is unreachable and every website checker ie pingdom and status cake etc said my site was down 34sp.com told me it is probably them and nothing to do with us. Finally Kayleigh finds the issue after I had to pay for a developer to look at my site who told me what I have been telling 34sp.com for over a week now. Hi Simon, I do apologise for the history of problems here, looking through it seems you'd had a similar 500 error with another plugin. I'm afraid we appeared to be having some caching issues as the site was displaying fine for us. Upon visiting the site in a proxy we could see these and fix them. If there are any remaining issues at all let me know and I will do what I can to help, if you're looking to register a complaint of any kind however I can also escalate your case to one of our directors for review. Nov 16,2017I've used 34sp.com for many years now, and have always had excellent service from them. When I've occasionally needed extra support, their support team has helped me out within hours and have always resolved any problems quickly and efficiently. I have hosting with one of the 'big boys', and their support is dismal, measured in days and weeks (if at all), compared to hours (and sometimes even minutes!) with 34sp! Can't recommend them highly enough! Thanks guys!

Nov 14,2017I have used the major European hosting for many years with a growing frustrated feeling to don't know what exactly will happen when I'll have to upgrade one of my hostings, what exactly will happen when I'll have to contact the technical support... As a freelance developer I try to give attention to the projects I'm working on, attention to the people who are behind these projects. It's not a business strategy, just the need to be honest and to make best job as possible. Hosting is one of the key to complete a project and 34sp are the people I was looking for. Thanks to all of them for taking care of their customers.

Nov 03,2017In the past I have used one of the major UK and US players in the hosting and domain markets. On this occasion, my client wished to use a "local" UK company! I had favourable experience with 34SP some years ago with another website client! This was the first time I had set up a site from scratch using 34SP! Firstly, you pick up the phone and within 3 rings you are speaking to a human that is clearly understood. Secondly, that custtomer support agent is Tech support! Awesome! Thirdly, when we needed to switch domain names on the install, a quick phone call and all was sorted, by 34SP. Then they follow up with a phone call to us to ensure all was well! Really!! Just astounding support. Give them a go, youy will not be disappointed!

Nov 03,2017These guys go the extra mile. Even when its not their problem, they always point you in the right direction to secure a fix. 34sp communication is excellent, especially with thier status feed to my email client. If you need quality reliable hosting, then 34sp is the place to find it.

Oct 03,2017UK based hosting company. Have used bigger name hosts like Justhost, Bluehost and Godaddy and 34SP, whilst I'd never heard of them before, have turned out to be a pleasure to work with. Problems sorted quickly and pleasantly. The backend is visually pleasing to use (though not the usual cpanel layout per other hosting platforms such as the above). Also, emailing with follow up to the support ticket and checking in before closing the ticket also left a positive mark. All in all, they seem very trustworthy, down to earth, organised and wanting to do a good job.
