I passed my scaffold test and sent all my Osha photos but it's still not showing up on my sst
Let me start by saying that the site functions well and the content is very on point. I have no issues with the educational side of this company. I passed my OSHA 30 and was able to print my certificate right away. I had to take 2 more modules for my NYC SST card. I completed both and sent in required affidavits. That was 2 month ago and I still do not have my SST card in any form. I have emailed repeatedly, spoken to a representative and still nothing. I was promised a "soft copy" over a week ago and nothing. I am beyond frustrated at this point. 12/12/24 I did finally receive a digital copy of my SST card. As of yet I have not received a hard copy.
They set a 90 minute timer before you can start the exam, which in itself is annoying, but what really was aggravating is the system will time out and restart your timer. I had to wait 180 minutes before I could start my exam because it restarted.
When reviewing the test before submitting. Going back over the question should be easier, when clicking next, it brings you back to the question number page. Then you click on the question one by one. Using next should bring you to the next question each time. There should also be a review of what is the correct answers if you pass the test. If you don't pass, then of course no and study more. Or it could let us know all the answers we got right. So we know what question we missed to study up for next time.

A bunch of scammers, with no customer service nor any kind of support. they WILL NEVER answer any Email or request. Example of Emails we reached out to: CustomerCare (AT) 360training.com Which gets the same effects as throwing a pebble in lake Stay away from those scammers
The water resources course I took for con-ed for real estate was packed with information and I failed the exam twice. I paid alot for this course. THis should not be a best practice to make me buy the course again to retake the exam. I should be able to retake the same course that I purchased.
Easy at own pace
The ease of moving around the website (course material). The content of the course material. Ability to go back and review material was excellent.
The courses are easy to understand especially because is explained on an easy language and pictures attached to each explanation
