Nov 20,2024I recently had the unfortunate experience of using this LMS platform to complete a HIPAA course, and I must say, it was beyond frustrating. The software is incredibly slow and prone to frequent crashes, which forced me to redo tests multiple times before the system would even acknowledge my progress. The final exam was an absolute nightmare. What should have been a straightforward process ended up taking over an hour because the platform crashed repeatedly. Each time I clicked "Submit" on the final question, the system froze or failed to respond, forcing me to start over. I had to repeat this process 10 times before the system finally accepted my submission. This was not only a waste of time but an incredibly stressful experience. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this platform to anyone. It is poorly designed, unreliable, and far from user-friendly. If you value your time and sanity, look elsewhere. Awful experience.

Nov 18,2024I really liked the format of your course, it gave practical knowledge for a new employee/apprentice level. I feel like it would not be overwhelming for someone that may have limited or rusty math skills. The slide/diagrams of your rigging calculations are well done.

Nov 18,2024Generally smooth sensible information flow. Graphics and photos fall short with some photos outdated and or containing safety infractions in direct opposition to the material being taught.

Nov 17,2024Need to be upfront about the added 1 hr human trafficking video added to the end of the BASSET training for IL. While it's a good thing to include the video as the service industry is often adjacent to human trafficking, most users are expecting to be able to complete the course and test in roughly 2 hours. The addition makes it 3+ hours. I had to pause the course and return to it the next day because I had allotted myself 2.5 hours to finish the course and take the exam. Again, my problem is not the inclusion of the video, just that there was no mention of it BEFORE I started the course.

Nov 14,2024I've used 360 training for countless minor certifications as I worked my way up to being an electrical contractor. now after paying $621.00 for a 24hr fall protection certification, they have cancelled my training because it took me over 90 days to complete, as I am dealing with over $500K in federal contracts this year. 1) NO PRIOR WARNING ON CLASS INFORMATION, 2) NO PRIOR WARNING ON INVOICE PAID, 3) NO REFUND NO CONTINUATION. 4) THEY HIDE THIS TIME LIMIT ON BURIED INFO IN (CLASS SYLLABUS) ONCE TRAINING BEGINS THEY LITERALLY STOLE MY MONEY AND SAID "GO F-YOURSELF"

Nov 13,2024This program is quite as easy to use, although very similar, as other but the staff make it quick and easy. Just a quick email and anything I needed fixed was done. The main thing I wished I had control of was changing access dates for my employees. But, yet again, the staff was quick and amazing. The "class" was on target and was easy to use. I appreciated the fact that I could leave and resume where I left off. Always a plus for those of us that are interrupted frequently.
