Dec 21,2024I was unsure of how to access getting to proctor for the exam , I tried 2 different days to get it and could not . It finally clicked to call the number on the page for calling in at the bottom . I was able to get insiging

Dec 21,2024This is second time I took the wrong test, super confusing platform to navigate. Also, I struggle with online learning, I would rather do it in person. Vermont has terribly slow internet and your platform is not iphone compatible.

Dec 20,2024Tried to do just the test 3 times and when it asked for the ID questions it kicked me out. One such question was where was my first job and the only answer it would be was Carthage but it kicked me out. Payed for the course 3 times before I had to called and they reset my answers. But I never got reimbursed.

Dec 19,2024I would not recommend taking the Property & Casualty Insurance course with this company. Once you have completed the training, you no longer have access to the material for review! There are no PDFs for the major portion of the training but PDFs are available for the Virginia state portion. I believe a few answers to chapter assessment questions may be incorrect! There is no one to confirm if the answers are correct for fear of sharing with others. A few typos in the chapters can be confusing.

Dec 17,2024I have paid for and completed course for my NYC SST Card and still haven't received it, it's been months now and it still says "affidavit pending" on my profile. I have contacted the company many times and still no resolve. at this point I feel robbed of my money.

Dec 17,2024These incompetent nincompoops have created a test that will successfully manage to lock you out no matter what you do. you can input the exact security questions 10 out of 10 times and they will somehow someway find a way to reset your progress in order to prevent giving you your certification that you paid for. If I could give a negative amount of stars I would.

Dec 17,2024This course is great for someone who has not gone through it or been certified five times before. Course requires 30Hrs. of seat time when it can be completed in 17Hr.

Dec 16,2024I purchased the Food Manager Certification Exam for $35 and was locked out twice, therefore losing access to the exam entirely. I was locked out after answering verification questions that I’m 100% sure I answered correctly.

Dec 16,2024The OSHA 30 training had a lot of mistakes and errors. The program wouldn’t keep accurate track of time, because of this it took me longer than the 30hrs to complete. When I tried to reach out for help, the customer service was rude and offered no solution for this issues it was doing. If I didn’t need it for work, I would have just said F*** it and not have completed it.

Dec 22,2024Your response time getting back to your customers absolutely sucks. I sat and waited weeks. People need this information for jobs and you don’t supply quick enough. I would never ever tell anyone about this company and if they bring it up to me, I would just tell them that you suck
