Dec 29,2024Absolute crap site. Logging in results in a pinwheel of death. Been "instructed" that one needs to "change / add phone number and address," despite having initially done so, however unable to utilize this "hack" because am unable to login resulting in a coding hang up and inability to change said information. Included, is that from the login page, the "about us," "contact us," "Terms of Use," and "Privacy Policy" links are all error 404. Basic internet testing, log out, and click every button / field to see they work. Clearly the IT programmer isn't versed in making functional products. Nevermind their waste of time in the OSHA 30 class, taking minutes to narrate something that takes seconds to read and being forced to wait that wasted time, images of unsafe work behaviors during a course to improve work behaviors, or the lack of proof-reading their "test" questions so the answers actually corroborate the information provided.

Dec 25,2024Dishonest company. Advertised that you've got 1 year to complete your course, but in reality, they give you 6 months. This should be highlighted at time of purchase. Company also refused to refund course or reset to honor the advertised 1 year time allotment.

Dec 25,2024You all did not report my properly, causing me extra work because GREC could not verify my hrs. I opened tickets to get resolved, nobody followed up. The actual courses were just ridiculous, test after every lesson. This was the worst, I should have read your reviews which suck before i purchased. Will not be buying for renewal or recommending to anyone

Dec 25,2024I applied for a New York SST card through your agency, and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. After being told I needed to complete an additional 30-hour course, I did so promptly and received my 30-hour OSHA certification. However, it has now been three months, and I am still waiting for my SST card. I have faced endless runarounds during this process. I have sent multiple emails, only to receive vague responses like, “We will take a look.” Yet, nothing has been resolved. As of today, I still do not have my SST card, and the lack of clear communication and action from your agency is unacceptable. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope no one else has to go through such a disorganized and inefficient process.

Dec 24,2024The course material was great. When it came time to receive my DOL card for the OSHA 30 Outreach Training, I waited several weeks and had no confirmation it had shipped. I contacted support and was told by an agent that it would ship soon. Waited several months and had still not received it. Now I am being asked to spend $89 on a replacement card for a certificate that was included in the program that I did not receive. If you visit their BBB website, you will see this is a common issue.

Dec 24,2024360 Training failed to report my 4 hour continuing education Electrician Journeyman certificate. 14 days later, I am still waiting on them to report it to TDLR. They're asking me to wait an additional 24 hours from 12/23/24 (12/20/24 ticket submittal date) for their team to look at the issue. And an extra 7 days to report to TDLR. I tried sending the certificate myself, but TDLR won't accept it if it's not from a CE provider. TICKET# ACS-174420.

Dec 24,2024If you just want to renew your real estate license with info you will actually use, then stay far away from this course. You will need an accounting degree to get thru it. It might be helpful if you need to renew your SIOR designation, but for a residential real estate agent it's pretty useless and very difficult to get thru, at least the first module on Asset Management is.

Dec 24,2024If you are in Real Estate in Georgia, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR CE or Course. If you purchase the 36 hour CE, any hours you have prior to 36 hour package are not considered by 360. The company insist I must take all courses. Additional hours I do not need for renewal. I took a CE course and the hours posted within a hour of the company requesting my License number. It is not GREC, which 360 Training blames. This company posted a few hours and are holding other hours hostage. They can manipulate hours on GREC site. I had hours post which included 360 classes and other courses outside of 360. I returned and saw my hours reduced by 360 Training. GREC states this is 360 Training problem and they have no control. Until 360 post, I will not get credit. I am currently in Inactive Status as I continue to have hours credited. I am on round 4 of contacting company. . One call, and 3 chats. All resulted in we will send to regulatory and get back with you in 48 hours. To date, my hours have not posted and no one has responded within 48 hours or three weeks. RUN RUN RUN. GREC should not approve the company as approved company for hours. Had I know they were this terrible, I would pay double for CE classes and with a local company. Do not risk license status while 360 Training holds hours hostage and insist you have to take all classes for a total of 36 hours.

Dec 23,2024After completing the NYC SST 10 hour course for $270, it took 11 days to receive my proof of completion. I had to resubmit 2 separate affidavits multiple times a day for 6 days, basically begging for my proof of completion. I will fund a different company for my next class/certifications.
