Feb 06,2025This seems to be a scam company! I spent hundreds of dollars to purchase my kitchen staff Food Manager training and tests.. the training seemed weak at best and when it came time to take the test we were unable to access any test. They said we did not have strong enough connection but we have access to both Starlink and fiber optic connections. They refused to refund saying that we must request a refund within 72 hours of purchase. The issue with this is that you cannot even complete your training in that length of time! Seems like a scam or at the very least horrible product and service.

Feb 05,2025The course has clock timer that is completely out of touch with reality. The course seems to be written by an attorney type who does not convey the basic knowledge of the course. Instead, they take a simple concept and make it undecipherable. One on test I was times out ( I had no idea there was a time limit. NO RUNNING CLOCK on that page! I was told I could not complete the course and would have to pay an extra FEE. Thats incredibly chicken shit by this company. I've been taking these educations course for the last 40 years and this is the worst experience I have every had. DO CHOOSE THIS COMPANY.

Feb 01,2025The assessment questions that followed the lessons were great. However, the final test questions were really left field. The final test decides to asks more "in the field" questions which goes in a different direction. i found the final test more complicated than I anticipated.

Jan 31,2025They don’t give refunds for any reason. Even if you made the wrong purchase and haven’t attempted a thing. The site also is just ugly and not the easiest to figure out. Hence, why i even bought the wrong exam.

Jan 31,2025TERRIBLE SCAM COMPANY! Paid $160 Dollars for 2 courses, they give you 60 days and if your employees do not take in that 60 days they will not give any extensions and completely unwilling to do anything for you! THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MOVE ON. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Feb 06,2025I completed my training on December 30, 2024, and submitted my affidavit via email. However, even after a month, my status is still "Affidavit Pending." I have reached out multiple times via live chat for assistance, but every time, I receive the same response: that a representative will request my documents via email. Yet, they never actually check the emails, and nothing gets resolved. I have repeatedly taken the same steps with no results. I am completely frustrated and exhausted by this situation. Due to 360training’s slow and inefficient processing, I am now at risk of losing job opportunities. Is 360training even doing its job?
