I have been trying to get my food managers license for the frozen pizza we make, I however answered the secret questions wrong or made too many mistakes, but I can't get into it after being locked out...it said something like 60 days I could retest, and it's still locked me out. Why do I Need a food managers when I don't work in a restaurant and there was no review, nor does it apply to me and I have been written up for not finishing my license. My sons name has always been the same but the course said I answered wrong or took too long to answer since I was taking it while I was working at the gas station...please advise... My experience is very bad with the 360training course , i had to do the osha and sst , They let you to do them at the same time , when its not allowed like that , because to do sst you need to have osha 30 . And i will report to osha .
01/06/2025 at 11:50 PM i ordered a course for RE continue education, pay $88.00.After few hours i realized that its absolutely wrong course,01/07/2025 in the morning i contact Peter and explain all this. He was blame that i use 50% and purchase 3 day ago. No money was refunded. Send several emails, no respond. Scammers. Will report it!
Very easy to comprehend
The video loading was painfully slow. I'm talking wait 5 minutes for 30 seconds to load type of slow. Unworkably slow.
Did not deliver the NYC DOB certification. Numerous calls/emails to follow up resulted in nothing.
I still have not received my tips card. Even though I have been helped by several employees. I have even asked for management to help resolve this issue. And was not directed toward one.
Great if you need CEUs. A lot of the materials seem dated. Videos definitely need to be updated.
I've posted one review. I don't know if TrustPilot posted. TrustPilot sent several emails to me to verify. I verified and communicated with 360Training. UPDATE: Paid for another 3 hour course. The hours posted within 24 hours. SO, why won't 360 release my hours. I am apparently going to pay for more classes while 360 continues to tell me I need to finish more classes on the 360 portal. Thieves. I see they ae not registered with BBB and the report shows there are habitural issues with getting credits applied, promo discounts and they hold other Certificates until they receive more money....after paying in full for classes. 360 wants to resolve so I will remove my bad review. No response. They want to address the problem in attempt to have me remove my review and they still can't respond. I spent more time yesterday on chat. So far, fifth chat, one phone call and the request from 360 because of the bad review. AGAIN, they can't respond to the response from my review. I am disputing the charge on my credit card. I have spent almost two months working with the company for hours to post. They state hours have posted. They are on the portal for real estate commission....but 360 Training apparently holds hours hostage. Several hours posted toward renewal, other classes are in a hold. Since my last class and fighting for hours to post. I decided to take other classes and for time frame for hours to post. I have taken two classes and hours from the classes posted as completed. Not in a "hold" section. Posted within 48 hours. Again, I will write the Board for Georgia Real Estate Commission and request they no longer approve 360Training company for required hours for real estate license. I've been in real estate for 25 hours, I've renewed my license with no problem over 25 years until 360Training. Each time they end our chat with....you need to take two more classes. Two more classes will put me over the required 36 hours. I do not need to take the two more classes in the 36 bundle. No where on the website do they state I MUST complete the bundle to get hours. If that were true, why did they post some hours and 17 hours are in a "hostage hold". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY CLASS/CONTINUING ED. The biggest complaint is they can't post hours and they rip you off. In my case, they took my money, they wasted my time and I am going to pay another school to renew my license. Come on TrustPilot, have 360 tell me one more time how they want to help and resolve the problem so I will remove the review. Laughable. The only time I am going to spend with this company is to post as many bad reviews as possible. No one should have to put up with the this pathetic excuse of a company and terrible responses when asking for assistance.
Horrible experience. Several of the courses/quizzes have incorrect/outdated information and I did a typo on an identity verification question and I got locked out of an exam and its been AN ENTIRE WEEK and no one at customer service knows how to unlock it. Are you serious? NO ONE CAN DO IT? Horrible. I'm going to have to pay for another company's course to get my last 3 hours of CE because of this incompetent company.

This is a horrible company to work with. Run, don't walk away! Their support team can hardly speak English and are impossible to understand. I literally spent 10 hours working on an insurance course and taking the exam. When I was 2 questions from completion, the exam timed out on me and disappeared. I called customer support to get them to grade my exam as it was and give me credit for it since I had passed the exam regardless of the final 2 questions. The support folks said that the test had been reset and that I had to take the exam again. They refused to give me my money back and would not let me speak to anyone higher than a support supervisor. I would not refer my worst enemy to this company.

I gave you insight during the program, told you all the glitches and even said where the app need improvement. I explained the areas i didn’t overstand. Customer service need much improvement. The people are rude mostly. The program would start me over like I hadn’t completed the area. I had to try to remember where I left off. The program is not designed to use from your phone. Everyone doesn’t have office job. I was trying to complete out in the field when I had down time. While working 10 hour days 6 days a week. You can not do more than 2 hours a day with the material I was trying to learn.
The instructor helped alot with the learning process. All of them were very knowledgeable and patient with the students just need more driving time.
I needed to get my food handlers for a new job I got. I purchased the food handler course and did all the work, there was nothing left to do. But it said that it was in process and I still haven't gotten my certificate yet. Has this happened to anyone else or just me?
I paid for a CPR recertification course and ended up not needing it right away. Months later, I went to access the course and was denied access. I contacted them and they said you only have 90 days! There is nothing in the checkout that says you must use it within 90 days. I have used other sites for CPR and since its a 2 year certification, they give you access for 2 years and these guys don't give you more than 90 days???? I feel like they stole money from me. I never accessed the site, so I received zero for my money. I never heard of such a thing and will make sure all my CPR friends know what happened to me.

Jan 09,2025Horrible customer service experience. Will never use them again. Completed all my training hours, took and past the exam but apparently I didn't complete a brief section "Get Credir". Never recieved an email. Now my license didn't get renewed. Wouldn't honor late CE. Horrible customer service. Wish I could post the email. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
