Jan 18,2025The program kept freezing on me and once I finally make it to the test part. I got to question 10 and it kicked me out and said I used all my attempts when I didn’t even get half way on my first attempt. Bummed that took so long and I wasted $15 just to have to restart it all over.

Jan 17,2025It was ok to use but won't be using it again. The only problem I have is that I wasn't able to use it on my Chrome laptop because the OS system wasn't compatible. I currently don't have a Mircosoft or Apple-based OS computer. So I had to work through the program on an outdated computer that made a 2-hour program take me 6 hours to get through. The next time I need a training program I will make sure to find a program that will work with my Chrome OS system.
