Jan 15,2025Completed a CE class on 01/07/2025, now here it is 01/15/2025 and still my hours are not submitted to the state! I have had the issue escalated several times so I submitted my certificate to the state myself. I requested a refund for processing since they did not do their part and they advised they would not refund anything back. NEVER use 360 Training!!

Jan 15,2025Awful. You have to sit and wait for a timer on every single slide. Some of these courses for continuing ed have taken me over 10 hours which is ridiculous for a CE course.

Jan 15,2025Their server glitched and kicked me out of my certification test and counted it as an attempt. Their customer service didn't want and REFUSED to assist me and not give me a refund.

Jan 14,2025i originally ordered the TIPS training program for online. When I attempted to take the course it said i was registered for in person. I emailed the company and the responded that it was an online registration and not in person. I was not able to access the course and by the time i got around to trying again. The course had expired. and not only is there no refund they will not re-open the course. Cleary they make this difficult to see how many times they can just run off with peoples money. I strongly advise folks looking for training to find a company who offers training that does not impose arbitrary expiration dates after you've paid for the material. Which I did not see any information on prior to my purchasing.

Jan 12,2025With an attempt in my opinion to make the OSHA 10 course challenging. Some of the questions were confusing and repetitive. Overall the material presented in the course is sufficient. Customer service is out of touch, lacks understanding and showed no ability to assist with anything.

I made a mistake to buy it a few days ago for Reals estate renewal license in NY, the knowledge is close to zero, examples about California , not even close about NY laws, dated info etc. but the worth thing - their timer is way off ! To finish this course you have to spend 40-50 hours, instead of 22,5 ! š Stay away from this scam company (((

Jan 11,2025I successfully completed the courses in July and did not receive my credentials until December. It was necessary to call two times a day (at least 15 minutes per call, sometimes 45 minutes) for a straight month in order to keep the ball rolling. Also- I donāt believe in hell, but if I did, Iām certain that 360 Training slide shows would be the 7th level. The way they would periodically stop thirty minutes in and make you restart the section will have you rage quitting life. The illustrated parts are 100% useless and the photos used are repeated many times. Several of them still had the watermark on them, which means they didnāt pay royalties for it, they just took it off the internet without permission. I could go on and on complaining for almost as many hours as I blew on these courses. Bottom line- they will 100% take your $500 up front but good luck getting your credentials in time to make a living.

Jan 10,2025The system glitched when I took the test the second time and passed but went into pending affidavit status and then 2 days later said I had to retake it. Customer service asked if I had a screen shot of it which I didnāt so, yay retook the exam and passed. Affidavit pending because proctor has to review the video/exam. So another day goes by and I am notified to retake it because the screen share didnāt work (although I have screenshots saying it is on and that I passed exam.) I have now taken this exam several times but for what ever reason the screen share is not registering on the proctors side. Keep in mind you have to scan your desk, room, floor, body before taking the exam as well. Customer service is terrible (foreigner whoās second language is English) wonāt issue a refund because it is passed 72hrs of signing up for this joke of a program. Told me to call back if I wanted to speak to someone else. I will never use 360training again and will urge all of my colleagues to do the same. Has not been worth the āsaleā price for the time Iāve put into it and still am having issues. Also have already completed course hours with Austin Institute since starting this process with 360! I just wanted to use these hours for the next renewal but it truly isnāt worth it. NEVER AGAIN
