I ordered the physical book for the food handlers exam in February. It never arrived, and still haven't received a refund. I paid for the online manager food handlers exam, waited for the link for almost two hours, chatted with someone about the issue with the refund, and the link to take the exam. Waited another hour, chatted with someone else, explained it had almost been 3 hours, and I was on a time constraint. I explained that this was the second time I asked for the link, he told me I don't have to contact them more than once, but obviously I did, or I would have gotten the link as promised once I submitted payment.
The program I went through had grammatical errors, it was redundant and not updated. It still had the same stats as when I took it 2 years ago, which aren't the same as what government agencies are reporting. Instead of 12 modules, it could've easily been condensed to less. Also, the information was spread out all over the place. It made it somewhat difficult when it came to taking notes. The exam was even worse. It had questions on it that were never even on the modules. I'm glad I had my notes from outside research to help me or I would've failed and had to retake the exam. I'm not sure if I'll use this site again for future certifications.

Purchased the OSHA 30 for work, I have had several "session expired" errors, lost progress and wasted a bunch of time. The speech engine used is horrible. Course content was subpar. Requested refund as I purchased yesterday and am within the 72 hours listed in the refund policy. 360training refused my refund and now I must dispute the charges. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Update -- 360training replied here and was contacted as suggested in their reply. They still have not responded or refunded. These replies are a joke, they do not intend to help you at all they're just trying to make themselves look better. If I had the option to give them 0 stars I would. They do not deserve even a single star. Update 7/4/2024 I filed a complaint with the BBB, 360training has still refused to refund my transaction. They have since disabled access to my courses and after logging into their website I am no longer able to see or access the course work. I will now file a complaint with the state AG. This company is completely unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs. Do not trust them.

I did everything the course asked after conclusion of the course and i didn’t receive my card. I have more the 2 months that I’m going back and forth with a lot emails, calls and nobody can resolve the problem. Always when I call someone new ask for the same things and nothing. They know how to request information but don’t know how to resolve it
Trainings are always easy to use and prices are really reasonable.
The structure of the modules was consistent, which I feel really helps. You have a rough idea of how long each section is going to take, so you "can see the light at the end of the tunnel". I also liked how easy it was to pick up where you ended your previous session.
Easy to use and very effective training for our needs at a reasonable cost.

Well I went on the chat supplied by 360 training in response to the prior conversation that I had with them about my refund. This time after verifying my identity they quit responding to the chat. All I want is a refund nothing else. I have NOT taken part in the course that I have already paid for because i could not access it. Thanks for nothing 360!
Multiple staff members responded to my request to establish them as a vendor in SAP and included the requested quote in a timely manner.
When trying to take the exams, the computer program would stall and not let me go forward. Meaning that when the dialogue was done presenting, I was not able to click next and when I did a time would pop over the next button and I would have to wait whatever time Was Posted. When I called to try to explain, I was told that it would take 24 to 48 hours for someone to look into it and they would get back to me. I was doing the class that day so I could go back to work with the proper qualifications And needed to do it immediately not in 24 to 48 hours. When I called and explained this, there was no other option for me, but to accept the explanation I was given. To me it was unacceptable. I paid for the class. I should be able to take it that day and when I was having nothing but issues I was pretty pissed, it took me 16 1/2 hours to do a 10 hour course. And it took me three times as long to take another class then it should’ve. I don’t know how you could fix this for me because the experience The experience of your website was horrible. Like I said before everything was explained on the phone with two people plus a supervisor and no one had any answers for me.
