Jun 01,2024I teach the TIPs courses. Since 360 Training has taken over TIPs from Health Communications their processing of test results is almost non existent. I must make multiple calls or emails to get the status of my classes. The often seem to lose the tests I send in, make me send in copies, only for them to suddenly find the test. This is not a one time thing, it has been going on for more than 8 months. Excuses are always given, promises made to improve, but it only gets worse. I would avoid 360 Training for the TIPs training

I find it ridiculous that every couple years when I have to renew my certifications I pay, then I try and log in to re-take my coarse and I can’t find my courses. Since I work I can’t just sit and wait for a response. I have to carve out time to get my course in my account and find the time to take it. I would just prefer to log in at least 24 hours after and locate my course and take it. 💁🏻♀️

May 29,2024New colleagues at my company always take the OSHA 30 course. I've noticed that the price has increased, and no discount coupons are being issued like before. Although I tried chatting with online support, they weren't very helpful. It's not recommendable anymore!

May 29,2024I read through the reviews to see if I was off-base before submitting this stinging review. It seems the people who left good reviews are employees or are paid to write good reviews. My experience with this online training has been 100% horrendous. The course did have grammatical errors. I spent 8 hours taking the course, and about 12 hours now (still trying) to take the exam. I have called their customer service team a dozen times as I have encountered network error messages; web cam/screen share not working, and disconnection to the site after I have been assigned a proctor. I was told that the error was with my internet carrier as I could not get to a speed of 4 MS ping. Well, the internet carrier (Xfinity) told me to get that type of speed you need to be plugged directly into their network. I drove to my daughter's house to try the exam there - and same issues. I have only given out a poor review once in my life - this training site demanded I give a second. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

May 28,2024It's not a 10 hour class, it's more like 13. They use a text to speech voice, super monotone, and talks so slow. They also lock the course for the duration it takes that monotone voice to read, rather than allowing you to read at your own pace. I'd rather have taken the class in person or try another site.
