Jul 03,2024I completed an intensive course with 5Day in March with my instructor Bob. I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and professional instructor. After a few more lessons with Bob after the course, I have now passed my driving test and feel confident on the road thanks to his support and encouragement. Many thanks to 5Day for the great experience!

Such a lovely, accommodating bloke and as patient as the course is long. He made a potentially stressful experience, a pleasant one.

Jun 23,2024I recently attended a course with 5Day. Due to different unforeseen circumstances I had to rearrange my course date multiple times before actually attending, I was able to do so easily and efficiently. I had also booked and paid for the theory portion, later realising I did not need it so a refund was given (which I received). I had Tony as an instructor (out of BSE) and couldn’t fault him. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the whole process from beginning to end. He was more than knowledgeable, also extremely competent and accommodating when it came to trying different teaching techniques (understanding that each individual responds differently to learning). Because of this I was able to pass my practical test 1st time with zero minors! I am more than pleased with my experience and would happily recommend!!!

Jun 22,2024I had struggled for a long time with my theory test and was very nervous however I booked with 5day for the Colchester branch and Phil is the one who completed the theory test training with me and others who attended the course. Phil explained the theory test and we completed revision to prepper for the theory test I had booked. what can I say I passed!!!! I never thought I would be able to pass the theory test but with a strong understanding of what the question was actually asking I passed I will forever be grateful. I had Tom as my driving instructor for the week and it had been a while since I last drove he explained to me a routine to follow and it works! I am so grateful we chose 5-day, my sibling will also be booking. Amazing service Thanks again Tom and Phil.

So quick to take your money but when you phone after a week for more lessons RUDE is an understatement then they say your not on their system save your money book elsewhere!!!! Do not waste your money as this was my 17th birthday present and I’m heartbroken about this

Jun 16,2024Had Tristan Andrews in Ipswich, went from a nervous wreck to a semi-confident driver within the 5 days, Definitely what it says in the tin, intensive, fast way to learn and on top of that passed theory first try, personally will need few more lessons before I’m test ready but I’m sure most people will be ready earlier.

Jun 15,2024I booked a 5 day crash course after initially booking some lessons with bill plant and didn’t click with the instructor there. I felt it best to find a course where I could learn things quickly especially with me being a new driver. My instructor is called Nadim and he is a very nice, patient teacher and I have to say I learned more about driving in the 5 days learning with him than I did with the previous lessons I’d had elsewhere. I was well aware that I’d not be test standard at the end but that was okay. I booked it because I wanted to learn more and get my theory completed which I was able to do and successfully pass thanks to the help I received from 5days. I even took a few independent lessons after in Sutton but was unable to carry on due to me moving out of the city. Which was a shame. I can’t fault the company though and am glad I signed up. It’s actually the only driving company I’ve used where I didn’t feel like I was wasting money. I’ve had some horrific experiences since then but remembering this experience makes me remember not all the driving companies are the same.

Jun 11,2024Please please stay away from this company!!! Taken more than 30 days to get confirmation of my refund which I cancelled the same day as the booking. There is no customer service number and no one to actually speak to within the company. Such a painful experience, still no refund and now have passed the account to my legal team, hoping that helps. Avoid avoid avoid

Jun 09,2024Highly recommend the 5DAY intensive course; the concept worked so well for my son. He took his course with Paul in Bristol this week. Great interaction and instruction, my son really enjoyed the weeks learning. I also had interaction with the Test team at head office who were also extremely helpful, polite and reactive. My son was ready to take his test by the end of the week and although we were in the system for 5day to search for a test at short notice, we'd managed to get a cancellation test ourselves on the Government website - we were so grateful that Paul was available at such short notice for the test yesterday. My son passed, so all in all, the 5Day experience couldn't have worked better for us. It really is a great way to build up the driving hours and keeps things fresh for the learner. Thank you for everything Paul and 5Day!

After having a really bad experience with a different firm(similar name) thought I’d give it a go here, as had time before my test to organise other means of learning. Am so glad I did as I had the best learning experience, with a steep learning curve! The whole week went by so quick as a result of having a great time and learning. All thanks to James at the Peterborough branch Previous road experience= 20+ years with full motorbike license 3 previous driving instructors over the years, James(no.4)being the best!

May 17,2024Not even 5month.co.uk!!! My 17 year old daughter has been messed about for almost 6 months. She was shouted at and bullied by her first instructor so they could say she wasn’t test ready. She had an independent lesson and was told she was. Now they can’t provide an instructor for her evaluation and put her through her test (they have said she can go to Ipswich). It makes me even more angry reading the review from 2 days ago in Bury St Edmunds as this is the branch we regrettably used as it was 2 days ago she was told this Further the response she did report the instructor for making her feel anxious because of his shouting! Which was why she had another instructor. She has seen independent instructors who have said that she is ready and has no issues. She didn't attend one assessment it was one that had a date change and she wasn’t informed of until the very last minute. Throwing a smoke bomb to cover the fact that she has had to pay for additional independent lessons on top of your full 5 day course for beginners won’t change the fact that we as a family are bitterly disappointed with the service and she is left as a young girl trying to be heard it’s not fair it’s not right and I do not recommend you to anyone

Jul 05,2024Not organised, no driving test, no 1 on 1 training, just book some lessons with an instructor this is a massive waste of money We also missed 10 hours of driving as it states before you purchase 8 till 2.30 but only received 10 till 2.30, and 5 hours of theory training. Edit: lack of organisation clear as I did attend Monday....
