Dec 28,2023I paid for a rush service of a Restraining Order and provided the Proof of Service which states that it is a personal service. the service went out and I was sent a message that it was served. Then when checking the service log I noticed that there was a mailing which is only done when substituted service is done. I sent a notice and then nothing. When I reached out to get the proof of service, rather than respond they invalidated the serve when there was no possible way to reserve leaving our client high and dry. Terrible experience and very slow response time-over a week. Wish I had used anyone else.

Dec 27,2023The service & receipt of proof took almost a month from 11/30/23 to 12/26/23 to complete which I thought was too long. For example, I activated proceeding with service on 12/06/23 and service wasn't attempted until 12/13/23. Communication could have been much better. No documentation was provided confirming the address search that was conducted.

Dec 25,2023Excellent service and documentation. The portal is user friendly also. Personally next time around I would use their Rush service because I am currently still waiting for proof of delivery. If you are on a time frame or prefer quicker results, use the rush service!

Dec 22,2023Well... okay... first time trying to serve, the person sat in their car and honked the horn. They were successful the second time. I do have to fault ABC Legal office, however, since our attorney subsequently advised the form (which supposedly is valid in AZ) is not the right one. Guess your "legal" only extends as far as the actual process service.

Dec 21,2023GO TO THEIR BBB PAGE! They cost me and my husband our shot at justice and thousands of dollars. Thorough review will soon come… for now, I advise you to go to their BBB page and look at the massive amount of complaints they have. It’s clear these positive reviews are fake.

Jan 01,2024You lied about what you were capable of doing. You didn't communicate about your lie until it was too late. You then denied your lie. It took you 10 days to do something you said you would do within two. And refuse to work with me as a result. And by work with me I mean help solve the problem
