Mar 15,2025Upgraded my CPAP machine over six months ago I am set up for their automated resupply. They sent me the wrong parts for the new machine when I called in the representative was extremely rude. Always trying to talk over me telling me how it’s my responsibility to call back talk to a live person Before my next re-order because their system does not automatically update. Even though she can see the correct equipment on their system.

Mar 14,2025They gave my mother and oxygen machine for traveling it was a to go and it had two batteries and it only lasted an hour and a half I called when we got to Phoenix all week for them to bring one out the last day she was here and they brought us another one that didn't even make it on the flight and she had to stay an extra 2 hours and take a 10-hour flight nstead of a 2-hour flight. They told us it would last 6 hours when they dropped it off and they're nothing but a bunch of damn liars
