John, the tech, texted me before arrival. He was very polite and worked quickly. He has a smile that you can see in his eyes. That is a wonderful thing.

I couldn't believe how fast my husband Jerry's walker was delivered to the rehab at Rittenhouse in Philadelphia. The last was so incredible and kind. Thank you so so much !!!!!

Earl Brown came by and set up the oxygen equipment in our home and he was the most pleasant and professional individual. He is the perfect role model and it shows how much he cares and enjoys helping people. Earl is a rare and true gem and it’s so refreshing that there are people like him

Upgraded my CPAP machine over six months ago I am set up for their automated resupply. They sent me the wrong parts for the new machine when I called in the representative was extremely rude. Always trying to talk over me telling me how it’s my responsibility to call back talk to a live person Before my next re-order because their system does not automatically update. Even though she can see the correct equipment on their system.

The dispatcher said the pick up guy would be here between 12 and five though. He was very patient and good natured about having some wait time getting into the building tho.

They gave my mother and oxygen machine for traveling it was a to go and it had two batteries and it only lasted an hour and a half I called when we got to Phoenix all week for them to bring one out the last day she was here and they brought us another one that didn't even make it on the flight and she had to stay an extra 2 hours and take a 10-hour flight nstead of a 2-hour flight. They told us it would last 6 hours when they dropped it off and they're nothing but a bunch of damn liars
