Justin was very polite and professional. He visited me in the hospital as well at home both very friendly and pleasant interactions.

My service rep, Eric Houchins, is fantastic. He called to let me know he was on his way. He set up all the equipment I need quickly and efficiently, and made everything easy to understand. He made sure I understood everything about operation and care. He then set up my account online so I can receive "paperless" use and care documents, account info and receipts. I'm fortunate to have Eric and Adapthealth serving me.
Respiratory Therapist Laura was very helpful and knowledgeable in identifying where I had a leak I could not find on the CPAP machine! I was in and out in 5 minutes. Her initial education has me sailing at 100% on the MyAIr dashboard consistently.
My doctor and I both canceled my account with Adapthealth. I spent over two hours trying to confirm cancellation and was finally told after the fourth person that everything was canceled. It's been three weeks and I just got billed, again, for resupplies. I called again and billing couldn't help cancel or refund my account. They forwarded me to re-supply saying they were the only ones who could do this. Re-supply said they didn't have access, only billing could cancel. I wouldn't use this company for anything ever again.

The in-person staff at the local branch are fantastic, but the folks in Billing and Customer Care that you reach when you call the national number are the absolute worst. I'm on hold now on a call that is now at an hour and five minutes all to try to resolve a $37 charge that was billed to me incorrectly. I've been passed from the 800 line to Resupply to Billing to Customer Care and now back to Billing. No one will take responsibility, and now I'm speaking with a Billing agent who is saying there's nothing she can do and the bill will be charged. I will say that the representative in Customer Care was very nice and wanted to help but was unable to. The two individuals in Billing however have been totally inappropriate and disrespectful in the way they've spoken to me. I'm not sure if they think I'm trying to scam them for $37 or why they are treating me like that, but it's incredibly unprofessional.
Front desk personnel promptly made my appointment and rescheduled when I was not at able to be there on time. They confirmed and the Technician Was very polite and customer service oriented. It was a pleasure to meet your team.
