Jan 10,2025I've worked in Healthcare as a nurse for 20 years. Now I am a patient myself and I have never had such terrible service from a medical company. I was measured and ordered compression stockings 3 months ago and still have not received them. I have called over 10 times and still do not have them. Worst medical supply company. I have no choice to use them due to my insurance. This is so wrong. I had to call my insurance company and notify them and make a complaint so hopefully they can get these for me faster. My insurance covers them and I used different supply company last year and was measured and left same day with my stockings. So its not an insurance issue its a adapthealth issue.
