Delivery arrived a day late without notice and didn't send a replacement with the driver. On the other hand, our delivery man, Brian, was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment we finally received.
The Tech knew his business and was able to resolve my issue, quickly.
The technician who came to pick up the equipment, was very polite. Did not question why I didn't want the equipment or service from Adapt anymore. But I would not go back for service anymore. I was in need of help and had to call a different city in NC to talk to someone, who promised help, I never got it and had I not had a concentrator from another company I would have been in the Hospital. I need to be closer at home with my providers. No I do not recommend Adapt Home Care. mr. Raymond was very nice an asset to your Company. Very nice. It wasn't because of him i no longer want another company. Just in an emergency you can't get help.

Patty was an exceptional trainer as far as c-pap/a-pap goes. She was very compassionate and friendly. I interrupted many times, and she took it in stride. She answered every question I asked, with no hesitation.

Having phone call to set-up delivery was very helpful. Delivery & set-up went smoothly. Instructions were done well and he answered questions I had; only problem??? was that my wife (the user of equipment) was not here for any questions she might have had. Booklet and instructions could be better if more detail (like photos & verbage of how the parts fit & work.

Niko was great. He was courteous and pleasant. He gave me the telephone number for Adapthealth in the event I need additional equipment. He also took the time to answer any questions that I had and that was much appreciated.

From start to end the representatives of the company don't seem to have any idea what's happening in their billing department. They call almost every day even if you are current on your account. I was told one thing from the original meeting at the training for my CPAP billing then another from the representative over the phone. Very confusing
