This company has the worst billing departments ever. I paid my balance and continued to get harassing phone calls for four days straight. Every time, they said sorry, ignore the bill. I'm paid. Then they call again the next day with the same story. They don't have a good system and need to upgrade their customer service.

Don't ever buy from them. I ordered pills forv5.99 I never opened them, I never agreed to a continuous service of Subscription service. Last week I saw a payment via PayPal for 75.00. I complained and it was stopped. Now this week a 2nd time after contacting this company they are trying to take the money again. Theirs. Don't give them yr info. I hv contact paypal and w contact my bank at nine.

Your technician Dave M, was excellent, nice, polite. Went over equipment, and even changed our filter, which should have been serviced anywhere between 4 to 6 months. Like to make sure that is done. Dave , certainly an asset to your company

Sean was outstanding in everything he did. He was very professional,kind, nice and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions. He explained everything in detail about the equipment and showed us how to use it properly and made sure we understood and we were well prepared to use it. Thank you so much. It was a very wounderful customer experience.

Andrew explained the cpap well and was easy to understand. He took time to answer our questions and helped me to download the app onto my cell phone. We left there feeling very positive.

Mark is extremely knowledgeable and I felt fortunate to have such thorough guidance with my first CPAP. He is very personable and truly set me at ease. He also gave me every opportunity to ask questions and I felt assured that he had my best interest at heart! I wouldn’t hesitate to call him with additional questions or to recommend him to anyone needing information on a CPAP.

The instructor was extremely helpful and very patient. I was very anxious to learn about my sleep apnea machine and she made me feel better. I asked many questions that were answered with great detail. She has such a warm personality!

It started off a little bad with the communication the company never called to let me know they were coming out today until the driver was 15 mins out however he worked with me and came back at my convenience being as though I was at work. Jermaine was very friendly and efficient in getting my mom's wheelchair and bed put together
