It is getting harder and harder to get replacement e-tanks. Our branch gets their tanks from another branch, who consistently shorts them on the amount of tanks they deliver. This makes it extremely difficult to remain mobile, as I must have oxygen full-time. I cannot go anywhere without oxygen, or I would end up in the hospital because my oxygen level drops too low. It is a shame that the nice people at our branch have to deal with the branch in another state to get our supplies.
Chris was great! Great bedside manner. He was cordial. He explained everything very clearly. He was patient and thorough.
Please stay away from this company, the only reason they exist is because they are cheap and that's how in insurance companies like it. There customer ordering service is something to be desired. I ordered a new head gear for my CPAP after it broke after 2 weeks of having it. They sent me one back in December and as of today it still sits in New Jersey, when I asked for a new to be sent they declined and said just need to wait for it so I ended up buying one out of my pocket. They decided to send replacement yesterday 3/21/2025 when I requested to return there machine due to poor service. I will seek alternative way with my doctor to get better sleep than dealing with this company.
