Mar 23,2025It is getting harder and harder to get replacement e-tanks. Our branch gets their tanks from another branch, who consistently shorts them on the amount of tanks they deliver. This makes it extremely difficult to remain mobile, as I must have oxygen full-time. I cannot go anywhere without oxygen, or I would end up in the hospital because my oxygen level drops too low. It is a shame that the nice people at our branch have to deal with the branch in another state to get our supplies.

Mar 22,2025Please stay away from this company, the only reason they exist is because they are cheap and that's how in insurance companies like it. There customer ordering service is something to be desired. I ordered a new head gear for my CPAP after it broke after 2 weeks of having it. They sent me one back in December and as of today it still sits in New Jersey, when I asked for a new to be sent they declined and said just need to wait for it so I ended up buying one out of my pocket. They decided to send replacement yesterday 3/21/2025 when I requested to return there machine due to poor service. I will seek alternative way with my doctor to get better sleep than dealing with this company.

The customer service representatives I talked to were empathetic, helpful, and easy to converse with. They processed, shipped, and delivered my breast pump order in less than 5 days, which was such a relief to me after 2 weeks of unnecessary delays with the other supplier. I am very satisfied with the service I received.
