Mar 28,2025Great and helpful staff! The Instructor was so pleasant and very clear. answered all of our questions. She was also able to provide instructions in spanish as well as English which for me was very much appreciated as my mom was the patient and needed more help due to language limitations .Thank you all for a pleasant experience

Mar 26,2025When I called To place the oxygen order, i spoke with Tracy, she is very knowledgeable about tank sizes and needs to go with them. She tries to educate about the need to replace tubing in a timely manner. The delivery was just as promised.

Mar 26,2025Ed went over and above to make sure my oxygen was delivered on time. I was stuck at a doctor's appointment and we went back and forth so I can get my neighbor to have it delivered to her house. He explained everything to me as far as the connectors and water bottle

Mar 26,2025The associates at Fletcher's go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They took extra time and effort with CPAP fittings to make sure I ended up with a device that was comfortable and could use. A return was made without any dispute. I would certainly patronize Fletcher's for further needs.

Mar 25,2025All aspects of dealing with this company were stellar-the business office is friendly and clear on billing and insurance and the technicians that delivered our hospital bed and Hoyer lift were both courteous and on time. I also appreciated the text updates on arrival with a picture of my technician for safety. Great job all the way around!
