Jan 09,20221. A one star is simply too good for this company. 2. Staff over the phone are rude especially the lady who sounds as if you are bothering her. 3. The ordering process is one of the worst. Order went through fine then a few hours later it was rejected. 4. Called the company because no one bothered to call me and they said my IP address is based away from my home. I was using my phone to order. 5. They then tried to lie about the reason they cancelled my order by saying the billing address does not match when it does. The order would not go through otherwise. 6. So they cancelled my order because they did not like my name. It is not an English name. This is discrimination if I am not mistaken? 7. I then asked my English colleague to use my phone but use his English name and place the same order as I did . It was accepted and delivery was confirmed. No IP address 10 miles away or billing address does not match. To make matters worse, the billing and delivery address for the order of my English mate did not match. In other words, they cancelled my order because they did not like my name which is not an English name and lied about it but I caught them out. I read a review here of someone who had the same experience and I have advised friends, family, my millions of Instagram and Twitter followers not to buy anything from them. They are not nice people and will do anything to hide that they are bad people. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW. THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME, NEVER GAVE ME OPTIONS. IN FACT THEY TREATED ME LIKE A THIEF. NOTICED HOW A POSITIVE REVIEW IS ALWAYS ADDED WHEN A NEGATIVE ONE IS PUBLISHED? DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AND ANYONE WHO IS LBGT OR OF COLOUR, AVOID.

Jan 06,2022Before I continue, Aerolite tried to have my review removed but I proved to Trustpilot that my review was genuine by sending the receipt. In other words, Aerolite tried to shut me up. You would think it would end there but apparently am not allowed to use certain words even though it does not violate any policies so let me try again. It also means people are actually listening. 1. Avoid this company like a plague. 2. Called them yesterday to ask for a discount code, lady on the phone says that "we do not such thing" but on their website there is a section to add a discount code during checkout. I was a new customer. No worries, I will pay. 3. Bought two items and got a free scale costing `£119.00 and paid using Apple pay. Payment went through fine, money debited from account. 4. Guess, what, order cancelled because IP address is ten miles from actual location. I am at work so ordered from my office computer. My office is ten miles from my home. 5. Address they claim does not match when it does otherwise the payment would never have gone through. Same door number and postcode. Try making a payment and putting a wrong billing address and see if the payment would go through. 6.In other words, there was no valid reason to cancel my order apart from my name. This is discrimination. Treating someone different because of who they are or how they look. 7. Best part, I now have to wait for a refund for three days (Remember they said the order never went through and it is fraud).If it never went through, why do I have to wait 2 days for a refund? 8. Told to try buy from Amazon. You cannot make this up and shame on this company. I would rather use the little I have with a company that at least would not discriminate against me because of my name and claim it is fraud when it is clearly not. 9. I am certain my order was cancelled because of my name and not because my IP address is 10 miles from my home. If you believe their logic, they do not accept orders unless made from your home address. This cannot be true because not everyone has a computer and am sure there has been orders made by iPhone while on a train etc. 10. I personally felt discriminated by this company. I have since bought the same items from John Lewis and the item has been delivered with no issues. I used the same computer with the same IP Address and I was 10 miles from my location. I even went further and spent £400 with AmericanTourister and the items were delivered. Aerolite suitcases are inferior, the wheels will give you issues and will never last. You cannot spend £60 on a suitcase and expect it to last and be of quality. Take a long haul flight and the suitcase will be in pieces after the airline has sent it down baggage claim. I will definitely not be buying from them and anyone from my community will not either. These company is not owned and operated by nice, fair people but very bad individuals that you would not bring to your home. You are free to spend your money if you wish but if you want to exercise caution, look at the negative reviews and actually read them. After that, look at the positive review posted a few days after each negative review. Now ask yourself, who is the one faking reviews? If it is not John Lewis, Allbeauty or a company in Ireland , I am not buying. Now, can the owners of this site leave me alone ? Receipt provided, review edited four times , rating will remain the same, zero.

Dec 08,2021Terrible customer service. Yeah was sent the wrong suitcase. And they would not exchange it. Now I’m stuck with 4 hand luggage bags. Writing reviews on Twitter and online to express how terrible your customer service is. Never buying from Aerolite again

Nov 10,2021Very quick delivery and the suitcases are really good quality. Yet to test on a flight and the measurements are exactly EasyJet Plus, so fingers-crossed once filled they are still within the allowances. If they are I will definitely upgrade the rating to 5 stars.
