Mar 09,2022I had set of three hard suit cases the medium and large are damaged with single airline use . Advertised as light and anti scratch. But medium is bumped and cracked and large is badly bumped. The aerolite is not giving my money back asking me to cantct airline. waiting email reply The hard cases are light weight but lumpy edges. I will recommend any one to buy them. Not happy with the response I had from Areolite

Feb 14,2022I bought a 55x40x20cm hard shell cabin bag. Due to an error on the box label (presumably from suppliers) I was sent the next size up (of which I already own 2). I contacted Aerolite on Friday 11th to explain the situation. I spoke to Yasmin, who was very apologetic, helpful and professional. She rushed to get my replacement sent before their cut-off time and I have now consequently just received it on Monday 14th ... IN NORTHERN IRELAND and ready for my trip on Wednesday. I can't fault that service as it could not be bettered. The company receive my full recommendation based on my experience and I have dealt with them before without issue and will certainly deal with them again.

Feb 09,2022Nice case but found cheaper through other stockists and was too late to cancel order through Aerolite direct. When asked if they'd price match, they responded saying it was old stock, sold off to a 3rd party distributor. It was exactly the same case. Had they price matched, this review would be far more favourable. Feeling slightly underwhelmed by their response having paid £10 more than I could have.

Jan 15,2022Reasonable suitcase, does what it's needed but when it arrived it came with a cheap weak padlock in a bag I had to cut directly off the inner material. The outer label was stuck underneath the plastic rim on the outside of the suitcase and was hard to remove. Some of the label is still there and the plastic lip is no longer flush to the case because of it.
